The house is close and easy to Lake Point. The furniture was clean and comfortable and the layout was as advertised. The verification process the is required a few days before checkin was cumbersome but the host was easy to reach and was responsive.

Listing stated pet friendly. Contract stated it was not pet friendly.Nice house in a nice neighborhood, but the house was dirty. Bathroom sink clogged and front door knob fell off Carpet tacks poking up through the carpet plus the pots and pans were dirty. Management addressed Most of the issues while we were there but these issues should of been addressed prior to our arrival. Upholstery was also soiled.

Beautiful home in a quiet Neighborhood!

This home was absolutely perfect for my family traveling back and forth to Lakepoint. The home was clean, inviting and fully stocked for anything we needed to cook and clean. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We even saw a deer in the backyard early one morning. Our host was extremely easy to communicate with. I would most definitely recommend this home to anyone!

We stayed at this home while in town for a baseball tournament. It’s conveniently located near LakePoint, and Acworth’s charming Main Street—great for dining—is just a short drive away. We exercised in the neighborhood and felt safe; folks were overall very friendly. The house was clean, matched the photos and was stocked with general kitchen items needed. We had issues with the 2nd story being extremely warm off and on throughout the stay; with that said, it is in the middle of the summer though. A downside was having to communicate with the owner via text outside of VRBO, and a few of the messages felt a bit off. That said, he was friendly, responsive and overall accommodating.

Overall the property was good. Just a couple of things kept me from giving it 5 stars. First, the good: It is a really cute house in a nice, quiet neighborhood with quick access to highways to get where you need to go. All for a very competitive price. Communication with the property management is pretty good and instructions for accessing the house were clear. As you walk in, the downstairs is beautiful. Then, things go a little south. As you move upstairs, the carpet is very dirty. The walls have marks and smudges all over them. There is broken furniture in one of the bedrooms. And the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was very dirty. I mention these things because it would be so easy, and somewhat cheap, to fix or correct them.My only other complaints are the very late check-in of 4:00pm and the ID/credit card verification process. I inquired about a possible early check-in. I was told they would look it in to it and never heard anything back. As for the ID and credit card verification. I understand that some 3rd party management companies require this. But it is still a little off-putting to receive last minute messages asking for copies of ID's and pictures of your credit card. Especially when your ID and payment have already been verified through VRBO.

The good- cute house, cute neighborhood and conveniently located. The bad- house was not clean- stains on the carpet, black on the walls/ceiling AND THE WORST PART- there was poop smeared on the wall behind the tp holder in the master bath. How could this be missed?? I sent a picture to management and all they said was it was escalated to be investigated. Why did I have to pay a cleaning fee when it was not clean for me?? It’s also very off putting that they hound you to verify id through a link and send a copy of the card use for payment. Listing says a welcome basket of snacks and k-cups- there were no snacks…. Also fridge filters needed replaced
