Allatoona Lake House with Dock

The Lake House is a fantastic place to spend time with family and friends. It was recently remodeled and has 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 12, with 2,950 sq ft of living space. The dock is a 5 min walk down an easy path. The dock is on the lake at Clark Creek in a peaceful no wake area, ideal for swimming & boating.

We make a special effort to keep the house in excellent condition and fully stocked with everything you might need.

The Lake Point Sporting Center baseball park is only 7 miles from this lake house, a 13 min drive.

The dock is located about 1,800 feet from property along an easily followed trail through Army Corps of Engineer's Land, it takes about 5 mins to walk from the house to the dock.

Keep your boat at the dock, rent our 24’ Pontoon that seats 10, rent a boat from the local Marina’s, or you can rent our Yamaha WaveRunner Jet Ski. We keep Kayaks & Paddles at the dock for your enjoyment. We also have water skis, surf boards, a paddle board, a large towable tube, ropes, & life jackets for your enjoyment at no additional cost.

The house is furnished with two king beds, one queen bed, two sets of bunks, two twin daybeds, two full daybeds, and it sleeps 12. The kitchen is fully equipped, we provide cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, & dryer sheets. The living room has a 65” LED TV with GREAT Wi-Fi @ 800 Mbps. We have a 55” LED TV on the back patio & another 55” LED TV down stairs which is great for movies and gaming.

We have a Sonos speaker system throughout the house that allows you to play your music. Surround sound in the living room, speakers on the back patio, & more down stairs in the gaming room.

IMPORTANT - The house is NOT set up for large gatherings, 12 is the maximum number of overnight guests allowed at the house at anytime. Please remember this is NOT a party house!

The driveway has room for 5 cars, street parking is a problem and is not allowed so please be sure to keep cars off the street and off the neighbors property. Please do not block the street.

Do not leave trash on the lake property - we provide trash cans at the house and trash bags for your use. Please help us protect and preserve the lake!
