• Living room - Comfy, warm, inviting with a beautifully beamed, open vaulted ceiling, it has a fireplace, • Central heat & Smart TV w/ Xfinity cable service. Light & bright w/lots of windows!

You can walk with tubes (which we provide) 10 minutes up a quiet road to Mother's beach, and from there you can float right back to the dock, which is an hour long float


GUEST GUIDELINES:
• Occupancy: 6 People Max Day or Night - No drop in guests - NO PARTIES - No Large Gatherings
• 3 Cars Max. Day or Night (NO street parking)
• Pet Policy: Dogs only - NO cats! $120 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard NOT enclosed for pup - For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate your dog if you are not at the house. Please clean-up after your dog.
• Quiet Outside Hours 9:00PM - 9AM Sonoma County Ordinance
• NO Smoking of Anything on Property
