You'll be centrally located within a 15 minute drive of world class wineries and restaurants, adorable small towns like Guerneville and Healdsburg, and easy access to river beaches and redwood forests. While in a peacefully rural part of Sonoma, you're also a short walk from a grocery/deli, the riverfront, and a Michelin Star restaurant.

The house Guest Guide contains a wealth of insider secrets for the best wineries to visit (for every type of wine drinker), can't-miss restaurants, key local access points to the river, and off-the-path excursions that are well worth taking.

✻ A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO BE ✻
The open and airy main room makes for a welcome place to return after a day of wine tasting or relaxing on the river. Our TV is connected to cable, Netflix, commercial-free YouTube, and a DVD player. You can also connect to our audio setup via bluetooth.

The full kitchen is stocked and ready for a chef, barista, or sommelier. A full espresso machine and pour-over coffee/tea setup (alongside a Mr. Coffee) is available for use, with instructions for the caffeine-curious.

The three bedrooms feature premium memory-foam + coil mattresses (a king bed and 2 queens), and room darkening drapes. That and the quiet darkness of the countryside neighborhood will help ensure a deep sleep.

The large back deck offers sun chairs, a propane grill, and a panoramic view into the forest. The garage hosts a game room with ping pong and darts. The driveway fits two cars, with room for a third on the street.

## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

## Neighborhood

Mirabel Heights is a little community on the river with a small town feel. You'll see lots of our neighbors taking an afternoon stroll or walking their dog, and they're quite friendly. Feel free to say hi!

Speer's Market is a 5 minute walk away, and has everything you need, including a small deli.
