Loved the open floor plan in the house, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was our first time traveling with our dog, we wanted a place he’d feel comfortable and have space to run around. It’s so difficult finding places that allow larger breeds but this is definitely a must. The backyard is large and spacious. The pool and hot tub do not take away from the yard space. It is a turf yard but our dog didn’t seem to mind it one bit. Since we came to Vegas for an event we didn’t get to enjoy the house as much as we would have liked. 7 adults and 1 dog and this house still felt so big to us. We weren’t too far from the strip, grocery store’s nearby and we had plenty of restaurants around the area. Host was attentive and friendly. Would love to stay here again.

Great location and the pool and backyard was awesome! I would recommend supplying hand towels and wash cloths as there was only 1 hand towel. Downstairs floors need to be cleaned, we could not walk barefoot on the floors without our feet turning black. I was also concerned with knowing from previous reviews there was water damage and knowing without proper restoration that could lead to mold exposure. We did see evident signs of past water damage as well as we saw water pouring on to the already warped back porch which looks like it was coming from the ac unit. Everything else was great especially the location.

There was plenty of room for everyone. We had a couple of issues with the jacuzzi but our host answered our questions promptly.The food choices in the area were great and not far from the strip. A nice quiet neighborhood.We would stay there again.

Check-in was easy, and Nethanel was extremely responsive throughout our stay. Anytime we needed assistance, he responded quickly and came right over to help.Unfortunately, the major issue was the repeated flooding downstairs. We experienced two significant floods and were never able to determine where the water was coming from. Although the host responded immediately and worked to address the problem each time, the flooding caused a major disruption to our stay.I truly appreciate Nethanel’s attentiveness and willingness to help, but because of the seriousness and recurrence of the flooding, I cannot give the property five stars.

The owner was willing to bring us all more towels, we only had one a piece, I’m a 2 towel girl. Pretty much everything was good. We did walk to some eating places, and enjoyed the hot tub.

The house was great for our group of six. The house has a spacious kitchen fairly well equipped for cooking; we ate most of our meals there. We enjoyed our stay in vegas and of course the hot tub :) I would absolutely use this rental again for a similar sized group. Thank you Netanel!

Awesome Last Vegas Trip

Great stay. The house was clean , spacious and great location. My kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Netanel was a great host. He answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful family reunion with our kids and the grandparents. The house is close to Chinatown with lots of food options which was wonderful. It was exactly as described with enough beds for all 9 of us. It was a short drive to the strip and airport which was very convenient. Netanel was a superb host who responded quickly with any concerns or questions. We highly recommend this house to those not wanting to stay on the strip but close enough to visit it. Thank you Netanel for being a great host!

All was good with this booking! no problems. The house is comfortable and clean. A few different common areas/rooms for people to spread out in. Nice to have the outside area! Neighborhood is not fancy but it felt safe and lots of services very close by. Not pool weather yet but it looked inviting! We use the hot tub each day, nice to have if just a little aged looking. Host was very responsive to our questions during our stay.

We stayed for a long weekend for the Coldplay show. The location was very convenient to the airport and Allegiant Stadium, as well as other events. Nice local restaurants, Nora's, and great communication from the owner.

Great place for families

It's a great place to stay with your family and enjoy the pool. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Great communication with the host and very friendly. The house had all the amenities, would definitely stay again.

House was really nice! Wasn’t in the best of neighborhoods, but you wouldn’t think that once you’re inside the house. Very spacious, very pet friendly, beds were very comfortable, check in and check out process were very easy, quick and polite responses, and very kid friendly as well. The only downfall is that the pool isn’t heated. It was pretty pricey for not having a heated pool. But the jacuzzi heated up nicely and the kids played in that the whole trip. Definitely a better property to rent during the warmer months to get your moneys worth. Besides not being able to use the pool, it was a good house!
