Master bedroom has King size bed, double sink vanity & unique double head walk in shower. Second bedroom has queen bed with a separate bathroom with tub / shower combo. Bedrooms and family room floors have Berber carpet, kitchen has bamboo flooring.

Two large glass sliding doors offer access to screened patio, patio table w/ 6 chairs, two rocking chairs and a hanging chair. Enjoy beautiful views of the water and fresh breezes from this screened in patio. Sliders add lots of natural light inside home and a great view of the water.

Outside our home you will find a paver driveway that connects to a pathway leading to our beautiful tiki hut, covered patio area, & outdoor kitchen. Backyard also features large dock with fish cleaning station. There is dock-age available for up-to a 26' boat. (Boat lift will NOT be available for use). The tiki hut features rattan "L" shaped seating along with a bar, 50"TV & fans. The covered patio features teak dining set along with two hanging hammock chairs to enjoy the view & breeze. The exposure of the rear of the home offers consistent easterly breezes and shade in the afternoon.
Ocean and bay are quickly accessible via a 15-minute boat ride via Zane Gray Creek, which is lined with mangrove trees that twists and turns through adjacent Long Key state Park that makes for a beautiful ride.

The front of the home has parking for up-to three vehicles including the covered carport.
*Adjacent 60' X 90' vacant fenced lot is available for storage of a large RV, trailer,etc. for a separate fee. NO OVER-NIGHT OR DAY STAYS IN/ON VACANT LOT.-strictly enforced*.

This is a smoke free, pet free, and not very kid friendly home.
It has been our weekend home for over a decade and has never been rented by us before.
Utility allowance of $325.00 per month is included in monthly rate.
