Willkommen bei Conch Key Villas! Wir befinden uns im Herzen der Florida Keys. Conch Key ist eine ruhige Insel, auf der Entspannung eine Lebenseinstellung ist. Wenn Sie zum ersten Mal durch unser Eingangstor gehen, wissen Sie, dass Sie eine gute Entscheidung getroffen haben, sich uns anzuschließen. Unser Anwesen ist ein Beispiel dafür, was tropisch ist. Unsere Gärten und Palmen bieten einen Ort, an dem Sie dem Alltag entfliehen können.

Einheit # 2 ist im ersten Stock Studio direkt am Wasser gelegen. Die Straßentür öffnet sich zu unserem Gartenbereich und die Wasserseitentür öffnet sich zum Golf von Florida, 15 Fuß von Ihrer Bootsrampe entfernt. Ihre Terrasse verfügt über einen Tisch und Stühle, sodass Sie die Aussicht genießen können, während Sie eine Kleinigkeit essen oder eine Tasse Kaffee trinken.

Das Studio verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine geflieste Dusche, ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett, einen ausziehbaren Futon, Bett- und Badwäsche, Kabel- und WLAN-Internetzugang. Das Gerät bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind bequem. Es gibt einen Hauswirtschaftsraum für unsere Gäste, der eine Münz-Waschmaschine und einen Trockner sowie einen Gefrierschrank für Köder umfasst. 1 Haustier wird für 85 USD in Betracht gezogen. 00 Haustiergebühr.

Der überdachte Gemeinschaftsraum des Anwesens am westlichen Ende des Gebäudes ist ein großartiger Treffpunkt, um die tollen Erlebnisse des Tages noch einmal zu erleben. Ein auf Hummerfallen gebauter Kachelriegel ist das Herzstück. Er bietet ausreichend Platz für alle und einen Kühlschrank für Erfrischungen. Sie werden nicht verlassen wollen, bis Sie die spektakulärsten Sonnenuntergänge auf den Keys gesehen haben! Die Deckenventilatoren halten die Luft für zusätzlichen Komfort in Bewegung. Ein Gasgrill steht zum Kochen des Tagesfangs oder eines saftigen Steaks zur Verfügung.

Entspannen Sie sich, lehnen Sie sich zurück, genießen Sie die Aussicht und genießen Sie vor allem den Lebensstil!

Islamorada und Marathon sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt, wenn die Zeit zum Einkaufen, Essengehen oder für ein bisschen mehr Nachtleben gekommen ist. Boote, Kajaks, Standup-Paddleboards, Fahrräder und fast alles, was Sie sich vorstellen können, können an beiden Orten gemietet werden.

Very nice studio unit with a great view of sunsets on the gulf. Well equipped kitchen. Host communicated well and was responsive to a couple of questions. Nicely decorated and updated well. Very comfortable and would recommend.

This was our second year staying at this condo, and it continues to be absolutely perfect for our needs. The unit is always clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen is especially well stocked with cookware and appliances, including both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker, which we really appreciate.One of our favorite features is how the unit opens directly to the dock. You can literally step right outside and be there. We spent most mornings and evenings on the patio, enjoying meals while watching the sunset, which never gets old.The wildlife right off the dock is incredible. During our stay, we saw manatees, parrot fish, nurse sharks, tarpon, and barracuda. It truly feels like a front-row seat to the beauty of the Keys. We also loved the two friendly outdoor cats who joined us most evenings to watch the sunset.The owners are wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful, and the housekeeping staff does a great job keeping everything in excellent condition.All in all, this condo feels like our own little slice of paradise. We look forward to returning again next spring.

Great place

We have stayed at many different places throughout the keys but this was one of the best. The condo was clean and well stocked, as we enjoy cooking our own food. Great sunsets and a quiet place to stay right on the water. Great communication with the hosts and easy check in. Look forward to returning.

Cozy retreat with beautiful views

We really enjoyed our time here.  The location is perfectly situated to give a great balance between away from the hustle but close enough to restaurants and activities when you want to go. The sunsets from the porch were beautiful. The villa is clean and well cared for. The bed is comfortable and the decor is beachy.  The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and servingware so you can easily make meals and eat them on the patio watching the water.  We hope to stay again!

Snowbird Trip

Always so happy to find a place in Florida that is pet-friendly. The grounds are immaculate. We had more than enough room for 2 adults and 2 small foo-foo dogs. Manatee comes to the dock, plenty of fish to look at under the dock.....and you can only fool them once! After a couple days fishing they caught on. Large sea turtle came bobbing in on high tide and some dolphins. So relaxing just to chill and watch the world go by. We will be booking again for next year.

Most excellent!!

An awesome property! Many porches, bars & decks to hang out on, some perfectly shaded to escape that afternoon sun. There have been tons of upgrades and improvements done here. Pete is on hand every day and is a great person. Sunsets better than Mallory Square! We already had reserved a place in Marathon for next year, but we love this place so much, we're trying to cancel that just to come back here. Thanks again for such an incredible stay! Sharon & Brian

Perfect place to stay in middle Keys

Property manager Pete was incredibly helpful, gave us a tour of the property when we arrived. Pete was attentive to every detail. Exceptional service! Room newly renovated. Boat dock outside our door. Safe and secure dockage, ice machine, water hose close to boat, parking for truck and trailer, covered BBQ area with grill, view of bay with awesome sunsets. Patio chairs outside room. Fresh herb garden to pick from, and beautiful landscaping. Boat ramp nearby. Will definitely be returning!!

Very clean

Neat little studio. Great views. It was clean and had all basic necessities. There needs to be more than 2 bath towels if staying more than 1 night in my opinion. Pete was attentive but a little “off”-a week later we found out via a neighbor who sent us the mug shot and local news report he was arrested for attempted murder and on drugs. Very scary and very sad. I included this to make sure owners are aware as they live in California I believe.

Loved peace & quiet/ fantastic scenery in Conch Key Villas !

This was our first trip to middle Keys. My husband and I stayed at Conch Key Villas in April 2022. After arriving we were greeted by the owners who are very polite and helpful. We were shown around the villa and ALL the things available to use at any time - kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, dock for boat, fresh herbs that can be used for cooking, bar with games and BBQ . Place was clean and comfortable. A lot of different fish by the boat slips. AMAZING SUNSET views right out the back door. We’ll definitely be back!!

Stuart is the Man!

What can I say that is good enough to describe our stay? Stuart is the man... he went above and beyond the call as a host during our visit. He was there when we needed a friend the most. This hidden gem is a welcome find. Dockside out the back door with spectacular sunsets! A great seating area out front when the sun was too bright. He had all the bases covered from a coffee maker to a frying pan. Quiet villa with only 3 sets of guests at a time. Our dog (that WAS permitted) thought he was a regular sunning himself dockside and watching the pelicans and the gulls everyday. We saw sea turtles and manatees swim right by the dock...What a slice of paradise to behold.

Peaceful, serene get-away

We got there on Thursday afternoon and a manatee was by the dock at the Tiki bar; a beautiful creature. We sat outside our back door each morning with coffee and evening with a drink and the views are relaxing with gorgeous sunsets. The unit was well maintained and equipped with all the basic needs. The owners are very nice and on site. We drove to Key West one day, which is a little over an hour drive along the beautiful Keys Highway. Restaurants and grocery stores are within 15 - 20 minute drive into Marathon or up towards Islamorada. We thoroughly enjoys our short stay and we WILL be back!!
