This home has a short steep driveway (about 10 feet length) and may need AWD during wet and icy weather conditions. There is ample street parking if you choose to walk up the driveway.

Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid disappointment.

You'll be in the mountains and so nature related elements are inevitable like weather, wildlife & critters. You may lose power if there is a snowstorm/fallen trees etc. and might see bears from time to time. Please do follow all the safety protocols and don't approach any bears.

We had such a wonderful stay! It was the perfect getaway for our group—4 adults and 4 kids—and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kids absolutely loved being outside, exploring and playing. The backyard was peaceful, making it easy for the adults to unwind as well. We made some really special memories here. We’d definitely come back!

When we pulled up to the house it took our breath away! It was huge and the pictures didn’t do it justice! The inside was just as nice and my kids had a blast going through the house. The movie room, game room, outside areas were all wonderful and my kids didn’t want to leave ! We will be back in the future for sure and loved everything about the house and our stay!

The cabin was very nice! It was so spacious! Very clean. We especially loved the theater room on college game day. This was the first cabin I’ve stayed in that had an actual “theater” room with a large screen, black curtains, the whole shebang for some awesome football watching!! Owner was very communicative and allowed us a late checkout as well. We enjoyed this cabin and experience!

Well, when we arrived the hot tub was apart and the maintenance guy pulled in right behind us, but we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub because it didn’t get warm enough, the fire place outside didn’t work, the tank had to be replaced, but we couldn’t use that the second night because it rained. The projector had an error message and luckily the maintenance guy was still there and was able to reach the projector on the ceiling to get that off. So we were at least able to watch a movie Friday. There was no dish detergent to hand wash anything and the dishwasher didn’t work. I will not book again and will advise others to do the same.

I’d like to offer some context regarding the issues you encountered: • The Hot Tub: The week prior to your arrival, our area saw unprecedented temperatures of 6°F. This extreme cold caused a small leak in the hot tub pipe due to freezing. To ensure the tub was actually functional for your stay, we had to perform a last-minute repair and refill it. Unfortunately, because it had been freshly filled, the water required more time to reach a comfortable temperature. • The Outdoor Fireplace: We do keep replacement propane tanks on-site to ensure the fire pit remains usable. We are sorry that the weather prevented you from enjoying it once the tank was addressed. • Kitchen Amenities: We typically provide dish detergent and hand soap directly next to the sink for every guest. I will be personally following up with our cleaning crew and looking into the dishwasher to ensure everything is in top working order. I am glad our maintenance team was able to assist with the projector so you could enjoy your movie on Friday night. We tried to provide as much guidance and immediate help as possible when you reached out, as we genuinely wanted to save your weekend. We take your comments seriously and will use them to improve our communication and property checks. We wish you the best in your future travels.

Me and my sisters and our kiddos had a wonderful stay here! There were lots of spaces for people to separate and have space. It was also fairly close to town as well! Very clean. Great communication with the owners/staff about needs (which weren't even big deals) and they were super quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again if we venture out that way!

Wonderful family getaway!!

Owner was great to work and the cabin was the perfect place for us to stay in Gatlinburg. Cabin was clean, spacious and well stocked. The amenities were plentiful, as well, from the Master Bath to the movie room and outdoor spaces. Owner went above and beyond with some bad weather making sure we were ok. Will definitely look to stay here again!!
