This house was perfect for this short stay. Plenty of room for several families to stay and sleep comfortably. We were there to gather from all over the country, buy supplies and cook desserts for an upcoming wedding. We chose this house for its size and proximity to several big box stores. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. A large kitchen was a must and this house provided that and a lot of what we needed in the way of kitchen supplies. Beds were comfortable. There is plenty of parking in the back.Cons: The carpeted stairs could use a good cleaning. The sofa in the living room has exceeded it’s usefulness although the size accommodated a good portion of our group. The property manager was difficult to contact as we got close to check in but on the day of check in was very helpful.

Friend weekend

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here for 4-5 days. House had everything we needed and the location is fantastic. Lots of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance.

Great spot for our family

Perfect place for our family of 8 to stay in Reno....with plenty of space for everyone! Enclosed garage parking is a bonus! We will definitely consider this location again for future visits. Great communication and service from Ian and Matt (our hosts). Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was roomy enough for 8 of us to spread out and not feel crammed in. The location is perfect, just a 15 minute walk to the river area with lots of restaurants and then just 15 more minutes from there to casinos. Keep in mind that there are only 2 full bathrooms and one half bath downstairs, so only 2 showers to share between all guests. Kitchen was nicely stocked including coffee, sugar, spices, etc. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Host was responsive.

Overall, the house was fine. The kitchen was up to date, but lacked the basics for cooking. The house was clean on the surface, but really needed a deep clean. I felt like we paid a lot for what we got. It was in a good location.

Spacious Home & Awesome Location

Home was able to accommodate 12 people and the bedrooms were spacious/ clean! Home is located in a great location! We explore midtown area and enjoyed the festivals going on downtown! Host communicated and was very responsive.

Reno family thanksgiving

It is a nice cozy house that accommodated our family of fourteen nicely. Absolutely perfect location. We literally just walked everywhere during our stay. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bars, and the river walk was really nice for some exercise every morning. Matt was very friendly and attentive and made us feel very comfortable. Wonderful rental!

Perfect place to meet afew friends!

This house was great! I met up with some old friends for a nice hangout weekend! We had plenty room to spread out. Things were clean and up to date! And the location was perfect to walk downtown or to the local pub for a drink. We are already planning to book again next year!

Great house!

This house is in Midtown next to restaurants and bars. It's not far from downtown, about 10 minutes. The house was as described and very well kept. It was nice to have 4 rooms and all the beds. We slept 8 with only one of us on the couch. Kitchen is great and there's lots of space. Owners were very responsive to one very small request. High Recommend!

Great stay in Reno

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home in a great mid-town location. Transportation to and from was easy. The owners provided excellent instructions and directions to the property which is accessed from the alley off the main street. The beds were comfortable and showers were great. Keep in mind there are no showers/tubs on the first level in case you have accessibility concerns. The owners have good communication and helped when we inquired about anything. We had a great visit. We would stay here again. Thank you Ian and Matt.

Nice and clean near everything

It was nice and clean, good location, but a little basic. Most places have basic items like foil, baggies and things you may need in the kitchen. We like to cook a lot. I think most just go out maybe? They did have bathroom essentials and plenty of towels.We would stay again. . (no TV's in bedrooms and they could use a new couch) lol

Stay somewhere else

Things with this house are so bad it is hard to know where to start. So, I will start with one positive – the beds are comfy. Downhill from there… Things started badly when we tried to contact the hosts. Despite their message that they will return all messages and calls within two hours we waited two days before we finally got a response. As we accumulated complaints it made no difference. All we got day after day (our stay was nine days) was promises that everything would get fixed. But nothing was ever attended to. The house should never be listed as dog friendly – and calling it five bedrooms is quite a stretch. It is an oversized ADU stuck behind a real house on a single lot. The outside space was tiny and almost all paved. The outside space also was a mess with no attention to the pathetic plantings, and the trash included water bottles and a beer can. Other sources of displeasure: Minimal and very cheap furnishings. Some rooms had closets - but just one hanger in the whole house. Cheap kitchen stuff, broken can opener, no storage containers or food wrap. Worst equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. We had to buy kitchen towels, hangers, toilet paper, and a wine opener. Can’t have a light on in the living room space without the ceiling fan on at the same time – broken switch. Although the house is wired for a whole house stereo system guests have no access to it. No soundbar – no music. Furniture so so cheap. More bad stuff to tell but have run out of room.
