Stay at WGV at Laterra

1.Bed very uncomfortable, thin sheets, no pillow cases. Extra pillows were paper thin!! Bedding 0 rating. Bathroom shower curtain filthy dirty, carpet was stained !! Best part of stay was location !!!

Mini getaway

The location of this condo was beautiful! The building itself was very nice. The fountains, pool and hot tub was wonderful! The walk to the room could use some work. Maybe new carpet or hardwood floors would be better as it had that musty smell. The inside of the condo was surprisingly spacious. It fit my family of 4 comfortably. The kitchen and bathroom was updated. It had all good working appliances. The main room could just some TLC. There were things from previous renters that were left behind which was ok, we just tossed them. The main room could use a brighter light. It had a nice ceiling fan which I wish had a light. The room was overall clean but could be cleaner like remove cobwebs from lamps, dust the tv and tv stand and make sure nothing has fallen inbetween the couch/futon cushions. The host was very attentive and responds very quickly which we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay and we had a lot of fun!

Wedding travelers

The location was great for the event we attended and building was clean. I would suggest the owners do a little updating. Linens were old. Sparse on the towels. Ironing board had to be worked on by hubby. Washer but no dryer. No dishwasher. Just needs some TLC.

Spectacular Respite

In spite of a minor issue with finding our lockbox, (which was due to my unfamiliarity with VRBO app and communication process) we had a great stay. The room and resort were spectacular. The warm weather, palm trees, nearby beaches and on site pool made for a restful and pleasant stay. The owner was cordial and responsive. The room was located in a quiet corner of an already quiet resort. The view from the balcony overlooked the side of the building within sight of the pond and one of the fountains. The kitchenette worked very well for us. We highly recommend this room, owner and resort.

The King and the Bear golf course

The location was superb , great spot to walk , very close to golf course . The grounds and gardens are very well maintained , the one hotel cleaner was seen everyday Cleaning the outdoor hallways Outside sidewalks elevators are washed daily - very dog friendly - great location of poop bags and dedicated containers to dispose of. The unit was adequate The second floor location is very close to pool and hot tub ( steps away) . The veranda was fixed-during our stay ( 6 hours - looked good ) And was used nightly , the unit qlocation is at the back of the property overlooking the pond. The building was very quiet at night your allowed to park at entrance way and use hotel carts With elevator to get bags to room Great parking -,gated community The tv system could have been better but we spent most of our time outside , wifi was good Overall a good stay
