This quaint home is located in the heart of PortClinton close to all popular attractions. Our town’s best ice cream shop is right across the street, short 4 block walk to Put-N-Bay Ferry, close to fishing charters, PC lighthouse, the beach, downtown restaurants & shops & marinas, short walk to M.O.M (meals on Madison)- live outdoor .entertainment, & only 14 miles to Cedar Point. You’ll love relaxing on front porch after a long day of fishing, beaching, touring PutNBay, or being at Cedar Point.
The space
Access to the whole home, other than the garage and basement.

Two outside electrical hookups for boats.

Downstairs:
Large living room with spacious seating and TV, dinning room with large table seated for 6, nice large office desk if you’re needing to work remotely on vacation, kitchen equipped with: blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and standard appliances, breakfast nook & half bath.

Upstairs:
Bedroom one: queen
Bedroom two: double & twin
Bedroom three: double & twin
All bedrooms have smart TV’s with remotes.
Full bathroom

Outside:
Large front porch with seating, this is a favorite of our guests.
Around back you’ll find gas grill (propane provided) and picnic table.
Driveway and street parking.
Guest access
Off street parking in driveway - can fit a couple cars or trucks. Also on-street parking as well. Boats can stay the night on the street as long a they are hooked to vehicle. Driveway is long enough for a boat and truck plus another car.

Convenient location with lots of room for the 6 of us. Property was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. No issues, it was exactly what we needed for our stay! Would highly recommend!

Bathroom shower was a little short but overall the property was great for a quick getaway and could sleep more people if needed. The extra bathroom is nice also, a lot of the rental properties in this area do not have this.

Property was clean and very pleasant to stay in. I could tell the owner had done an excellent job of preparing it for our group. All rooms had air conditioning, ceiling fans and comfortable beds. We could have had a few more utensils for cooking but we made do with what was provided. Unfortunately we were unable to try tge ice cream shop across the street, maybe next year! I would definitely recommend this and stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely time. Everything was as advertised. The rooms were good sized and the kitchen/living room/dining room area was spacious and comfortable. Thankful for air conditioning in the bedrooms and downstairs. The house was very clean and bug free. The porch could use cleaning and new cushions, but it’s a nice space. Communication was great - thank you.

Family Annual Vacation

This was the second year we stayed at the property and we were very impressed with the upgrades done to the property. They neighborhood is nice and quiet and the house is close to the beach, shops and the best part is the ice cream shop a few doors down. Definitely a favorite of our whole family.

The house was cute and comfortable. We just stayed one night and we're in the house for less than 12 hours, and sufficed to give us all a good night's rest before heading back to the park for a 2nd day.

Comfortable Getaway

Loved the house and the front porch! Clean and well maintained older home. Beds were all comfortable with good mattresses. The home’s decorations create a fun relaxed atmosphere. We had trouble opening the key box (totally user’s error) but the owners were very responsive and helpful.

Great Getaway!

Very clean, nice place! The house was well equipped for 6 adults. We are a group of friends who knit. There was plenty of room - to sit in the living room and knit (and talk), room in the dining room to eat (and talk), room in the kitchen to cook (and talk). The beds were comfy. And one of the perks here was a VERY short list of things to do before checking out. Easy peasy! We’ll come back again sometime!

Concerns

Enjoyed the propeety as a whole but the drains ran very slow upstairs and a musty smell. As per your email to me you gad addressed some issued however not until the day of arrival. It was a quiet neighborhood which was nice but I prefer a little closer to town. Thank you!

Weekend Trip

I am not a big review person, but i will give my two cents. We go on a yearly fishing trip(almost 40 years in a row). Most of the people are 60. The pro's of the house are location, its clean, nice yard, living room with seating, and lots of beds which is very nice. The con's were minor. You have to be an MIT grad to figure out the TV. The instructions that are there do not go along with the configuration. One of the younger people in the group put the roku app on their phone which allowed us to control the tv. We are tall people and the shower is made for people much smaller than us. Communication is a little slow. We didn't get any information on the house until the afternoon of check in. These turned out to be minor hiccups.... We were happy with the house and the positives greatly outnumbered the negatives. We already booked it for the next trip.

Port Clinton

Kitchen floor was filthy when we finally got in to the house. Beds and rooms were well furnished. No paper products had to bring your own TP and Towels. TV was hard to work and volume control was messed up or we couldn’t figure it out. She pushed instructions on VRBO site but it didn’t alert me so we stayed out that first night until we got those instructions. If you want early arrival pay for it or you won’t get in early. The only full bath is on second floor so if you are handicapped like me this isn’t for you. Every bedroom upstairs had a ceiling fan which was nice! Lots of towels in bathroom for showers we had six people in our party plenty of towels and beds! Overall I think I would stay here again if I didn’t have to climb the stairs for a shower.
