Guest Access & Location

You’ll have full private access to the Cottage, including your own driveway and entrance. The space is completely separate from the main house (a locked supply room is the only excluded area).



• Located in tranquil Holualoa, a rental car is required

• Surrounded by nature, expect birds, frogs, and the occasional rooster

• Close enough to explore, far enough to feel worlds away

• No smoking indoors (designated outdoor area provided)

• 7-night minimum Dec 21–Jan 5 | No arrivals Dec 25 or Jan 1

• Hawaii TA/GE taxes required by law and not included in nightly rate
