Blue Hawaii, ein 3200 Quadratmeter großes Anwesen, bietet eine großartige Erfahrung für Familie und Freunde. Dieses große, gut ausgestattete Haus ist perfekt für eine große Gruppe. Aufgrund der Größe dieser Eigenschaft haben Sie den Raum, um innen und außen zu unterhalten. Der große Infinity-Pool ist umgeben von einem Grill, einem großen Sitzbereich, Liegestühlen, einem Essbereich im Freien mit 12 oder mehr Sitzplätzen und sogar einem privaten Bereich zum Entspannen mit einem Buch.

Dieses Haus bietet eine schöne Aussicht und eine kühle Brise! Das Haus befindet sich in einer fantastischen Lage. Zum bekannten Strand Magic Sands, zum berühmten Schnorchelstrand Kahaluu oder zum beliebten Marktplatz von Coconut Grove im Herzen von Kona sind es nur 10-15 Minuten oder weniger. Der Golfplatz Kona und der Country Club, der zu den besten Golfclubs der Insel zählt, ist nur 800 m entfernt. Eine kurze 10-minütige Fahrt in Richtung Süden bringt Sie zum unberührten Capatin Cook.

Das Haus verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und allem, was Sie für die Zubereitung einer köstlichen Mahlzeit benötigen. Neben der Küche befindet sich ein Essbereich mit 8 Stühlen und 4 Stühlen entlang der Küchenbar. Zwei der Schlafzimmer bieten einen eigenen Eingang zur Veranda. Die geräumige Veranda ist ideal, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen und zu entspannen. Es gibt einen Essbereich mit einem separaten Bar-Kühlschrank.

Das Wohnzimmer und der Medienraum verfügen über Queen-Schlafsofas für zusätzliche Flexibilität bei der Unterbringung von Gästen. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer und vier Badezimmer, darunter eine große Mastersuite. 3 der Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad. All rooms were clean, the host was in good communication with us during an extreme weather event. The place was more spacious than we thought and our kids loved it. My only suggestions is to make sure you have a high clearance suv to make it down the incredibly steep driveway

Fantastic house for a family trip

Everything was perfect! This house is beautiful with breathtaking sunset views. Plenty of room for the whole family, great location. Definitely rent an SUV, they are not kidding about the steep driveway. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Perfectly spaced for a large group

Great for big groups

We loved everything about this place…except the drive way but small price to pay for wonderful location. The pool was great with beautiful sunsets! Loved the outdoor table that could fit most of us, which we could have figured out the fan above it but didn’t distract from how amazing it was! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

An amazing place

This was just perfect for our extended family - grandparents, two couples and children 6,8,10. The place was spotless and beautiful! Perfect base for seeing all the amazing things the island has to offer and a great spot for downtime. The pool was lovely. Communication with managers was quick and informative. Definitely recommend the SUV for the driveway (and good for other mountain/park driving.)

Luxurious Oceanview Home

This is a fantastic house with lots of space for a large family and plenty of bathrooms. The view from every room is incredible. Two negatives: The driveway is very aggressive, but you get the hang of it quickly. The pool was too cold to swim in, but that is no one's fault. We had a wonderful time, but it was hard to leave.

Beautiful View and Perfect Accomodations

Everything was wonderful. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. The driveway is no joke. We even scraped the bottom of the Suburban. Rent something high and be careful. It was a lovely view and a great location. The property management team is top notch.

Perfect Paradise

Our family gathered together to celebrate my sisters 65th birthday. Our mother is from Oahu and so it made it special to celebrate it here in Kona Hawaii. The house was perfect which added to our Kona experience . Every room was clean, comfortable, full of additives for every necessity and the infinity pool and immaculate views was to die for. The sunset was one of the best I have ever witnessed from a vacation home. I would recommend this house to any family looking for the perfect vacation home.

Samples 50th Anniversary

House was perfect for our group. Elite host were wonderful leading up to trip with all information. House was clean and well stocked. Location was great. Driveway was steep but not as bad as some of the reviews. Sunsets were beautiful. Kids loved the pool. Hot water was at a premium, so get up first to shower 😎 5 stars for this place. Would come back! Gorgeous!

We had such a nice stay, thank you! The house had everything and then some.. very comfortable for our 8 adults and 5 children. We did have a little struggle with having enough hot water at times but in hindsight we probably should’ve waited until evening to do laundry or run the dishwasher. Seemed like one or the other was always going! The recommendation for an SUV is legit, the driveway is definitely steep (but definitely doable!) Communication was excellent. thanks for everything!

Great place other than driveway 3 suvs different makes all 3 scraped driveway Needs to be fixed 1 sc

Renting was fine ice maker not working , main master toilet tends to overflow in general home is awesome for a large group had loads of fun

As for the ice maker, this is the first we've heard of a failure with that component and we do perform regular checks.
