We have stayed on this property before. Love the location. Liked this unit for just my husband and I. It is great for a weekend getaway. We ended up leaving early due to the weather. You may need to bring extra towels and washcloths, not many provided.

Great couples getaway

This property is in a good location about a 3 minute walk from the beach. Its cozy for two people. Its a little older but very well kept. Fairly priced will stay again if we get back to Jacksonville.

Short efficient stay

It was a convenient place to stay for the Players Championship. The walls are paper this if you ar on the bottom floor. You can hear your neighbor in the bathroom!!

Perfect for a couple's getaway

The property was nice for a couple's getaway, wasn't as nice for having adult son and his fiance with us as you have to go through the bedroom to get to the only bathroom. Property is an easy walk to the beach which was a big plus and it is a quick drive to many stores and activities.

Perfect Place to Stay

I just loved the home. It is open, updated and very clean. Even better it is only steps from the beach. Grab your cup of coffee and a minute later you are on the beach watching a beautiful sunrise. It is also very close to all of the shops and resturantes in Jax and Neptune Beaches. It was a very relaxing stay. I will recommend it to friends and I will stay there again.

Beach getaway

It was a very convenient location on a quiet street. The unit is attached to other units upstairs and next door so you can hear your neighbors at times. It had all the essentials inside the unit but I would recommend brining additional blankets and pillows.

Extremely clean

The apartment was extremely clean, we definitely appreciate that in our VRBO stays. The location was perfect, with only a short walk to beach. We enjoyed our one night stay. Just be aware that this apartment is not sound proof & you will here the noise from the above & next door apartments. Please post the WIFI password inside of the apartment ,as it was not given on the check in emails. Thank you.

Beach getaway

Overall the stay was good. Clean, accurate to the photos and nice location. Only a couple of issues. The front door would NOT lock from the outside. This was a big deal because I had my work laptop and some other electronics I didn’t want stolen.I did figure a work around by going out of the sliding glass door and having something fall onto the track to make the sliding door lock. The front door had no issue UNLOCKING though. This is a common thing I guess with beach front properties. I tried for well over an hour and different days to get it to lock and it wouldn’t. Might need batteries replaced or the keypad in general because it was sluggish to unlock. No other suggestions from the host besides pull it towards you and line it up then push the lock button. I pulled every which way and even made 100% sure it was lined up - wouldn’t lock. Not enough wash cloths left. I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days….only 3 wash cloths. No washer or dryer to wash them (which I knew there wasn’t before booking). With multiple beach trips per day you go through them quickly. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. No issues.

Our vacation home is only half block or 1 minute to the beautiful white sand beach. We're located at the end of the block so there is no through traffics that makes our place super safe for children and pets. We're few block walk to Wholefood Market, Local gourmet coffee shops, Restaurant and bars.
