Thank you for sharing your feedback and for highlighting our great location. We are sincerely sorry for the discomfort you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding the power and water disruption, which was the result of a severe storm passing through the area beyond our control. We take your comments regarding cleanliness and home upkeep very seriously, and we have shared your detailed feedback directly with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to inspect the outdoor furniture and kayaks, verify lighting and appliances, and refresh our household inventory. We appreciate your helpful insights as we work to continuously refine our guest experience, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for sharing this and for staying with us. We’re very sorry the home didn’t meet expectations, especially with the cleanliness issues, the porch condition, the water odor, and the delay with access information. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient that must’ve been, and we’re reviewing these concerns carefully so we can address them and improve the experience going forward.
