Azure 30A 2-204 is a cozy condo rental located in Dune Allen Beach, less than a five-minute walk from the beach. The condo has an open floor plan, comfortable living space, and soothing décor. It has three bedrooms and two baths, providing ample space to entertain up to eight guests.

Step into the living room, where tall ceilings, wood floors, white furnishings, and natural light create a calming atmosphere. Two slip-covered armchairs flank a cream-colored couch, and the casual seating ensemble surrounds a hardwood drink table. The setup faces a TV mounted above a chic console table. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, where four woven armchairs surround a circular table. In the kitchen, gleaming white countertops offer plenty of room to create homecooked meals, whip up appetizers, and serve cocktails. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, a modern tile backsplash, and a large island with four stools. Guests can access a breezy balcony from the great room through a sliding glass door that overlooks a small lagoon with a fountain. Furnished with a table and chairs, it's a great spot to hang out with fellow vacationers while enjoying beach breezes.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a unique wood side table and a flatscreen TV. A glass door opens onto the balcony. The ensuite bath boasts a marble-tiled, glass-walled walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a king-size bed, light wood furnishings, a window, and a TV. The other guest bedroom has four twin beds with steps leading to the top bunks. A full hall bath with a tub/shower combination serves both guest bedrooms and provides a convenient powder room.

One of the perks of staying at the Azure complex is that guests enjoy access to a lovely pool that overlooks the lagoon. The refreshing pool is surrounded by a paver sundeck furnished with lounge chairs. A bubbling hot tub, BBQ grill, and shaded picnic spot are also provided. Another benefit of this condo's location is its close proximity to the beach, which is only a short walk away.

In addition to the pool and beach, guests can explore all the entertainment and activities along Scenic 30A. Nearby, you'll find Gulf Place, a community hub full of popular restaurants, shops, art galleries, and an outdoor amphitheater for events. As you travel further down the road, you'll encounter the other cute beach towns of 30A. These include funky Grayton Beach, iconic Seaside, laidback Seagrove, and upscale Rosemary Beach. Each of 30A's towns radiates its own vibe and features a unique selection of boutiques, eateries, galleries, activities, and vacation fun!
