Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place in Chandler & near downtown Gilbert!Your stay matters to us and we went above and beyond to make you feel at home.Sleeps 12 (10 in rooms, 2 on air mattress).TVs in all but double room.Indoor & outdoor space perfect for entertaining!Swimming pool (heated w/ charge), gas grill, fire pit, outdoor seating and games!This place is perfect for families, friends, or business! 20-25 minute drive from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and Phoenix Sky Harbor.
The space
This is a backyard for entertaining! Cool off in the pool and then relax on one of the lounge chairs while soaking in the desert sun. Looking for some competition? Grab corn hole or giant Jenga from the garage and head to the backyard to battle it out. Outdoor dining for you to enjoy the amazing desert winters. TV also outside! Looking for an indoor competition? Enjoy the Table Football (Foosball) table with friends!

Have a nice cookout on our Weber grill then relax next to the fire pit on a cool fall/winter evening (firewood NOT provided) If all the firewood is used from previous guests, we recommend purchasing a Duraflame log from the store.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the house, including the garage. Self check-in/check-out directions will be provided after booking.

We are centrally located and a quick drive or Uber to most locations in the valley.

****House Rules****
We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.

-This is a non-smoking and non-vaping home.
If you do smoke or vape, we ask that you do so outside away from the
house and that you properly put out and dispose of the smoking item
(cigarettes, cigars, etc..) outside.
- No open flames (minus the fire pit) or candles are allowed on the property.
- GLASS: Please limit glass outside to avoid breaking.
- TOILETS: Toilet paper ONLY. Please dispose of feminine products in the trash
cans next to the toilets.
-Please no shoes or pets in the house.
-No events or parties are permitted.
-Please respect a courtesy quiet hour after 11 pm for our neighbors.
-Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight.
Failure to follow house rules will result in fines.

****Pool Rules**** Remember to ask if you would like the pool heated!

HEATED POOL UPON REQUEST: $50/day.

Pool towels are provided in the laundry room next to the back door or in the master closet.
The swimming pool cleaner (hose, vacuum, basket, floaters, etc.) must remain in the water AT ALL TIMES.
The pool pump is set on an automatic timer and will turn on/off at scheduled times.
Do not remove any of the pool cleaners or adjust the timer as it will cause the pool to malfunction. Tampering with the system will result in fines.
No swimming alone.
No diving.
No swimming under the influence.
No glass around the pool.
Failure to follow pool rules will result in fines.
