The pool was not as clean as I would have liked. A lot of leaves in the pool. Water was a little green. We did not use the pool but enjoyed the backyard. Carpet was not clean. A lot of stains. Otherwise clean. No mirrors in 2 bedrooms and nothing to put a suitcase on. One sink in the secondary bathroom did not have hot water. Not enough wash cloths but plenty of towels. Kitchen was fine. We did not use it much. The room with the pool table and bar was a nice touch. That would be great for family gatherings although we did not use it. Overall the property met our needs.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad to hear that the property met your needs and that you enjoyed the backyard and the game room with the pool table and bar area. Regarding the pool, it is professionally cleaned every week and inspected between guest stays. Because the property has surrounding vegetation, leaves can occasionally fall into the pool between cleanings, especially with wind, but we do our best to keep it maintained for guests. Our carpets are professionally deep cleaned every three months and also cleaned between each guest stay. The carpet is white, so it can show marks more easily when shoes are worn inside. While some visible marks may occur for that reason, the carpets are thoroughly cleaned as part of our regular maintenance. All sinks in the home are connected to hot water, so if one sink has hot water they should all have it. It’s possible the faucet may have been turned toward the cold setting, but we would have been happy to assist if we had been notified during your stay. For linens, we provide additional washcloths in the closet, and the home also includes a washer and dryer for guest use if more are needed during longer stays. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we’re glad the home overall worked well for your visit.

Arizona Winter 2021

Very nice house. Comfortable and with everything you need. Convenient location -- near shopping, near restaurants, near downtown Chandler and easy to get to the expressway. Beautiful pool but since we were there in the winter , only used it once. Owner was very easy to work/communicate with. We would definitely rent here again.

Crystal was very helpful and accommodating. The house was lovely and met all our needs. The only issue we had was not being able to streamline so that we could watch TV. That was not described in the description of the house. Location was perfect.

Its unfortunate you missed the television section on the listing that states The home does not have cable TV, has one TV in living room. has Chrome Cast and Apple TV so you can log into your accounts and watch TV through Netflix, Direct TV or other service you subscribe to. Nice but wouldn’t stay again

We chose this property because of the pool. Got there and realized that the rules state that you have to swim with the pool vacuum in the pool. Refrigerator died while we were there. They were helpful and brought a new one. They filled the kitchen trash can with packing garbage from the new fridge, and left it for us to take out to the already overflowing /full dumpster.

Dawn, The pool vacuum is how the pool is cleaned and is a very common system for AZ Pools. You cannot take it out as the pool pump turns on several times a day to keep the pool clean. If the vacuum is pulled out, and the pump turns on it will run without water burning up the pump. The cost of the pump is $2,500. The vacuum is moveable and can easily be pushed out of the way to the side. Additionally, the listing photos show the pool vacuum in the pool and when booking it you can see it in the first photo. When you told us the refrigerator wasn't working fully, we went to the property within an hour. We couldn't get a repair person out to the property, so we bought a new one and installed in less than 24 hours. Additionally, during that window, we moved all food out of the refrigerator to the bar fridge. 90% of packing garbage was taken with us. We did put a few small things in the trash as we were installing it. We did everything we could to make sure you had a great stay even though you stated we didn't need to replace the fridge during your stay as you had the bar fridge.

The perfect spot!

Our visit to AZ was amazing. The location of this house was perfect. We were close to downtown Chandler, not far from ASU campus, got to see lots of baseball games at local high schools and even took a day trip to Sedona. This house was very clean and my teenager loved the pool. Crystal was easy to get a hold of. We had a low battery in a fire alarm that was chirping and she came over immediately to change it out. She was helpful and had lots of great recommendations of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Carpets stained, pretty dusty on all the decor on the top of all cabinets throughout the house as well as under the shelving unit in the living room, towels were like drying off with sandpaper need to have softener added in the wash. kitchen the dishes, cups, bowls, utensils etc was hodgepodge just looks like it was just thrown together, bbq was dirty. No outside table to eat outside on this is not a 5 star accommodation.

Quiet neighborhood close to downtown Chandler

This was the perfect house for us. We were in town for a half marathon that started and finished in downtown Chandler. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the race activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

We rented this property to relax with longtime family friends. Beautiful home with an inviting, peaceful backyard complete with pool. Quite neighborhood with shopping & entertainment close by. Crystal was a fantastic host and responded quickly to our questions and concerns.

A little about me, my husband and I love to travel and try take 2 international trips a year. We also love to go country swing dancing. Our family includes the two of us and our fur baby Honey. She is a 4 pound Chihuahua. We love Arizona as we enjoy the outdoors. The heat of summer doesn't bother us as we love to go boating to the many lakes in the area. There is always something to do.

I bought this home because I fell in love with the backyard and open bright floor plan. The location is a great, close to everything, right by Downtown Chandler and not far from Downtown Gilbert.
