The Space:

The Beaver Lake Getaway has everything you need to enjoy your vacation on Beaver Lake. The house has a large back yard, a back deck with a grill. There is a fire pit in the back yard and plenty of room for games. There is a large front porch with plenty of seating and a beautiful view of the lake. The lake is visible throughout the year, with foliage blooming through the spring and summer providing partial lake views.

Main Living Space: Spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a family room with a 70” flat screen television, a formal living room and a play area for board games.



Kitchen: fully stocked with coffee pot, pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, toaster, serving accessories, and more.



Coffee Bar: We provide coffee, sugar and cream to help get you started



Outdoor Space: A relaxing covered patio with seating. Large back yard (not fully fenced) and extra large driveway.



Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom, French door with access to yard and patio.



Guest Bedrooms: Queen beds. We provide plenty of linens and extra blankets if needed. The house sleeps 8 people comfortably, but we allow up to 14 guests for a $25 a night fee per guest per night after the 10th guest.



We stock all basic welcome amenities for your stay with us! We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. There are plenty of towels.



The lake access is nearby and may vary as flooding can lead to limited access.



Conveniently located 5 miles from Prairie Creek Marina.



Please note there is a separate apartment above the garage that may be occupied during your stay. There are no adjoining walls between both spaces.

Guests have access to the entire house. There is a separate apartment above the garage that may be occupied during your stay. There are no adjoining walls between both spaces, however the driveway may be shared at times.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a dead end street in the Beaver Shores neighborhood right next to Beaver Lake. Enjoy lake access through our neighborhood beach and boat ramp. (Please note this area may flood during periods of heavy rain



Other Things to Note:

- Extra Guests - This listing is for 10 guests. Four extra guests up to 14 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



- Pets - Must be PRE-APPROVED. - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



- Security - Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.



- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book.



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in experience. While we will not be present at the property, we are readily available via phone or the messaging app to answer any questions or provide assistance to ensure you have a wonderful stay.
