I’ve stayed in this property a few times and I love it every time I come there I’m so relaxed. It’s beautiful and very clean and the neighbors are friendly and nice. Restaurants and places to visit. Had a great visit although it was a little hot, but it was worth going

GiGi’s home was definitely a wonderful, comfortable place to call home when in Folsom while waiting then having our first grandchild. Her listing and reviews are the most accurate I’ve seen. She also was very responsive and accommodating when we had a slight change in plans. Will stay again if available.

Excellent Property!

This Folsom house was amazing- it was very clean and the owners went above and beyond with special amenities that made for a special stay. The house had everything we needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. We highly recommend this rental.

Super comfortable, clean and perfect location

This is our second time staying here, and this house does not disappoint. It is very well stocked with many bonuses that other homes do not offer (snacks, coffee, toiletries, bottled water) and the host is super responsive and accommodating. We will continue to stay at this home when we are in the area.

Family visit

Great Property

Everything we could have wanted. House is very clean and has everything you would need. Nice rooms and bathrooms. The weather wasn’t nice so unable to use the patio area. But would be a nice area to start your day. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Hosts!

We are originally from Folsom and returned to visit family. We have never booked with VRBO and Liz and GiGi made this so EASY!! The home was in a perfect location, definitely convenient to anything one would want to do in the Folsom area. We took our 2 little dogs and they loved having a backyard while traveling. This is the place to RELAX! Splendid time for me and my Husband and dogs. We enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful home and atmosphere. We went to the Lake. Our California Holiday Vacation

Our stay at this Folsom property during the holidays was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the home's elegant design and spotless cleanliness that made us feel at home.The interior was tastefully decorated, the rooms were spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. The common areas, including the living room and dining area were impeccably maintained and very comfortable (even for our six month old grandson).Our hostess made sure our stay was comfortable and her warm hospitality made this vacation truly special. If you are looking for a clean and elegant home, this Folsom property is an excellent choice. We plan to come back!

House that me ill

We arrived late at night and went straight to the masterbedroom.there was a funky smell we opened the windows abd went to bed. In the middle of the night i woke up and felt sick, like as if i had a stroke.looking in the mirror my eyes were badly swollen. Next morning operned blinds and noticed patches on the carpet, and stainpatches. Getting out of bed i experienced severe dizziness. We reported this to the property manager. Offered hotel or we could stay and use the other bedrooms and get half our money back.please note this is not about money. We stayed, kept the room closed with the window open. Then the 50% refund was changed to $250. Even worse is the fact that there is an active camera in the livingroom recording every movement-we see the red light coming on all the time we are in the kitchen/living area. Note that this is prohibited by vrbo. We rented this property last december and loved it. Wont come again. PS we have photographs of the stains and the camera.

Top Notch and One of The VERY Best !!!!!

My husband and I wanted to return to our old "stomping grounds" where we lived and loved to celebrate our 25th anniversary. I kid you not, I searched VRBO for two days and several hours, seeing lots of nice properties. Then, I stumbled on this diamond property! Love at first sight with the pictures and rapture upon getting to and staying in the gorgeous home for five days. It is the absolute cleanest property we have stayed in by far...spotless! Every detail has been attended to in not only the most elegant fashion, but in a way that makes it feel like you are home. The kitchen has everything and then some any chefette, like me, could possibly need and easy to find....even a panini press! The beds are comfy, the TV's are in each of the three bedroom and they are BIG and modern. Lighting is excellent in all rooms.....no low watt cheap bulbs, or anything else for that matter. Appliances top of the line, loved that quiet Bosch dishwasher. The backyard is neatly groomed and built for entertaining with a gas grill, a bar area and wonderful comfy seating and table for enjoying morning coffee or that last glass of wine before bed. I could go on and on but you get my point - I COULDN'T FIND A THING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT! The host, GiGi is a delight to talk to and only needed to chat to tell her how much we loved it and we will be back. This is the place you will relish staying in as well.....worth every penny!!!!! Can't wait to return and this time, no search necessary! ;)

Great property/location

This is a great location to all amenities in Folsom. The house was great and just as listed. The backyard would be great for get togethers. Unfortunately we were not able to use it due to rainy weather. We would absolutely rent this house again.
