Hi there! We are Val and Tom Moody, hosts of this beautiful Las Vegas contemporary retreat home.

I, Val, am a native Californian transplanted to Chicago when I met the love of my life. After 24 years of cold Chicago winters, I dragged my native Chicagoan out west to enjoy year-round sunshine.

We love hosting guests! We purchased the home from friends that moved to Egypt, and they didn't want to take anything with them. The kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much any appliance you could want, and even high end spices! They had renovated the home anticipating to be there the rest of their lives, so everything is very high end! The primary bathroom is beyond belief, and we strongly believe it's the nicest you'll ever find within a short term rental home.

The pool heater is off right now due to the cool winter months, but the spa can be heated up in less than an hour if you'd like. Instructions for the spa are on display right on the fridge to make things easy and simple.

You'll find our neighborhood quiet and relaxing. We're near the end of a cul-de-sac, so there won't be unnecessary traffic.

Where do we start? We love hosting and are happy to provide snacks and coffee k-cups upon your arrival.

If you like clean, open spaces, you'll love our home! There are three different living areas - a family room with fireplace when you enter, a cozy family room just off the kitchen (the leather sofa has electronic reclining seats with USB chargers!), and an upstairs loft. If you're bringing your kids, we have a few boxes of games and toys they'll love.

Cook whatever you want in the kitchen - we even have plenty of serving dishes for small group entertaining. We do mean small, though, since we do not allow parties of any kind. If there's a kitchen amenity you're looking for and don't find, let us know, and we'll probably add it.

A large, cozy king size bed with a Tempurpedic mattress awaits you upstairs for the best sleep ever in the primary bedroom. The bed is so new that it's not even in the photos yet! You'll relax and feel pampered in the stunning spa-like bathroom retreat. Wether showering among multiple sprays or relaxing in the stand alone jetted bathtub, you'll feel rejuvenated. And don't be surprised when the toilet opens when you walk in, then flushes and closes all on its own. The heated, cushy toilet seat is another feature you may have a hard time leaving.

The two other bedrooms are furnished with comfy queen size beds. Plenty of space within the closets or dresser drawers to place all belongings during your stay.
