THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $50 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival (Mar- Nov.) $25 (December - February). This fee is paid by cash or check. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the on site security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Linens & towels are included for rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only.
* This condo is on the 18th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year round.
* Oceanfront building.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
