Then return to your spacious, well equipped home to enjoy the ocean views and sunset on your private bay balcony or while laying in bed in the 3rd bedroom.

Step inside to find an updated, air-conditioned living space with newly renovated living room, bed rooms, and master bath. The living room features new furniture, new paint, a brand new 65" Samsung Smart 4k TV. The Bed rooms have all been renovated, including new paint and new floors in 2 of the bedrooms. The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in North Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools (Heated), a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south).

The unit Includes 2 car parking spots with a one-time $80 registration fee paid upon arrival - In Season Only (April 1st - November 1st).

Heated Outdoor Pool is open Memorial - Labor Day. Sometimes earlier or later weather permitting at the discretion of the building. Please ask if you are curious about pool openings during your stay :). Indoor pool and Sauna open year round.

Owner reserves the right to make changes or improvements. Unit may vary slightly from pictures. We finished the painting, installing window treatments, master bath remodeling and flooring updates to two bedrooms in March/April 2022. It should be noted that dogs have been in the unit.
