This Bungalow is totally renovated and ready to host you! 5 Minutes to Universal and very conveniently located close to everything. The lake view is a unique feature you can't miss. This 3 Bedroom 2 Bathrooms home can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. This This Place Features Smart TVs in all rooms, High Speed Internet and Streaming channels and a Fully equipped Kitchen.

Accommodation staff speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and English.

The garage is converted into a studio and it's rented separately a totally separate entrance on the oposto side of the house

You all need to reevaluate your cleaning and general maintenance team. The yard looked like it had not been mowed or maintained all season which made the house look abandoned, and the bushes/trees in the back yard need major trimming. Multiple light bulbs were out. The back bedroom shower water was scalding unless the hot water was turned all the way on. One of the other bedroom fans only had one speed; barely moving. The blinds in every room were broken. The back doors don't lock, but instead rely on sticks to keep them closed. As far as cleanliness, the windows were green with algae. There were a total of 5 cockroaches found throughout our stay. This could have been a nice place but it seemed like it was not maintained at all.

First, I will state that this property is very close to the Universal theme parks so if one is looking to stay there, that is definitely convenient, plus there are a lot of dining and shopping options in the area. Also, there is a decent amount of space for a group, as there are three bedrooms. However, there are some updates that need to be made to the property. One day, I could not get the washing machine to run. I texted the number provided, which was the preferred method, but never received a response, but I was eventually able to figure out the washing machine so I let it go. The next day, the toilet in the bathroom would not flush. This was in addition to the sink not draining (which I was dealing with) and the shower draining very slowly. This time I called the number and someone did answer and come to look at the issue. However, the problem could not be fixed that day. Also, that same morning when I woke up, there were several small flies dead all along the one bedroom, including in my suitcase, which I had closed, but not zipped. My party could not remain in a house that only had one bathroom as that would not work for us, so we had to leave and get a hotel. I did get a text from an unknown number the following day that may have been related about a septic tank, but the person never identified themselves so I am not sure if that was for the house and if it got fixed. I was not offered any discount for any inconvenience either.

Incredible place!

10/10!!! Beautiful home, nice quiet neighborhood and wonderful comfort from the layout of the bedrooms and furnishings to the heated pool and jacuzzi outside. Couldn’t have asked for more. The check in process was so efficient and accommodating and we didn’t have to ask for a single thing during our stay. Will certainly not only recommend but will stay here again!

Excellent Property, a few undisclosed things

The property was great and it was perfect for my birthday party. However, there were a lot of small fine-threatening rules that were a pain, such as little details about washing the dishes and making sure to not leave even a single bag of trash or unbagged trash in the house. Additionally, I was informed day-of that there was another tenant renting the converted garage as a long term apartment so I would be sharing the building. This ended up being fine, but it being a "duplex" of sorts was not in the description. All in all though, it was not a big problem and everything about the space was wonderful and clean...so I gave a good review.
