Come enjoy this stunning ground floor condo built in 2020 which is perfectly situated just a quick walk from the heart of Ocean City's famous boardwalk and beaches. Designer finishes throughout include luxury vinyl plank floors complimented by white quartz counters and soft-close cabinetry. Stainless appliances, a blue steel backsplash and wainscoting complete a luxurious nautical tone perfect for your beach vacation. Enjoy the Sea Breeze on the covered front patio with privacy offered by solid half-wall.. This spectacular condo is located just 1.5 blocks from the beach/boardwalk with only one street to cross, has an outdoor shower for your convenience and open living space as well as off-street parking for 3 cars. We offer an amazing number of amenities including full linen service which is very rare on OCNJ!

To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. We will email the rental agreement and you will review and electronically sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first payment. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning / linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned after 7 business days of your checkout).

To reserve your week, we will need the following information for the short-term rental agreement:
- Name(s) you want on the rental agreement
- Copy of individual's drivers license
- Home address
- Home and cell phone numbers
- List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach house

Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free and we do not allow pets. Absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new home. We include full linen service, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath towels as well as beach tags!

This property was clean, bright, and the perfect layout for our family. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with, the accommodations exceeded our expectations, and the location was perfect for us - close to the boardwalk, shopping, and family. Beautiful home in a fantastic location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and well kept and location was incredible. It was so easy to walk to the beach/boardwalk or to Asbury for shops and restaurants. Also appreciated the extras that were included like the towels, beach chairs, beach caddy and toys. My kids especially enjoyed the assortment of games. Owners were always responsive and sent plenty of information regarding check in/out procedures ahead of time. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Ocean City!

Though most homes do not offer linen service, we provide fresh bedding/linens for all beds in the home as well as sheets and blankets to be used. We also provide towels for all bathrooms for the week, beach towels and beach tags for your convenience. We want you to relax and pack the necessities: snacks, bathing suits and yourselves!
