Sie werden von diesem Ort, zwei Häuser in der Ecke 12th Street und Wesley Avenue LIEBE! Es ist nur einen Block vom Strand und der Promenade und nur wenige Straßen von der neuen Starbucks und die entzückenden Geschäften auf Asbury. Diese erstaunliche 4 Zi, 2 Bad Haus wurde im Dezember 2014 komplett renoviert und im Frühjahr 2015 erworben. Wir glauben, Sie werden es lieben, wie unsere Gäste haben uns gesagt, sie tun! Es verfügt über alle neuen Geräte aus Edelstahl und neuen Möbeln. Unser Ziel ist es, Ihnen den besten Urlaub überhaupt zu geben! Bitte beachten Sie auch unsere Bewertungen!

Very communicative and gracious host. The house was clean and well stocked. She probably stocks more for the guest than the average host in O.C. does. And having a couple of bikes and all the goodies for a fun few days in the sand were a really nice touch and will be much appreciated by the summer crowd!

Lovely weekend getaway to this beautiful home in Ocean City. It was exactly as described and plenty of room for our family and dog. Location was fantastic to get to the boardwalk and beach. The house was wonderfully decorated and since it was still in March we got to use the beautiful fireplace. So cozy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this home and really look forward to booking it again for beach getaway.

Perfect spot - just behind the boardwalk!

We spent the weekend at this property in celebration of a family members 70th birthday & to enjoy the 1st night festivities. The property was clean, the owner provided everything we needed, and was quick to reach out when we initially booked & whenever questions came up. Our location was great too —just a couple blocks away from the boardwalk, Jillys Arcade for the kids, & a close walk to downtown. Would definitely rent this spot again!

Wonderful house in Ocean City

We stayed for a few days in the off season. It's actually pretty nice this time of year, as you get the beautiful ocean walks without the crowds. The house was very clean. Communication was so clear and easy. The location is convenient to the boardwalk. Would love to stay there again. Highly recommended!

Winter Getaway

As soon as we entered we were blown away by the cleanliness and warmth. Julie was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed warming up by the fire and watching movies as a family. Clean, bright, easy beach house

Great first floor condo - bright, clean, comfortably equipped. You can bring yourself (and dogs and family) and some food and you are set for a nice beach break. The property is perfectly situated - easy walk to the beach but not too involved in boardwalk crowds - easy walk or bike ride to the Asbury Ave shopping district. Communications with the owner were easy via text - all good things and we'd rent again without question.

Wonderful OCNJ Getaway

Julie’s home “Sunblest” is a wonderful place for a family to stay, especially for an off-season long weekend. My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay from booking to check out. She was so flexible with check in and check out times. The house was clean and family friendly, and had everything you could need (including a pack n play for baby!) There are beach chairs, beach toys, large storage garage. Her home is even pet friendly! I would highly recommend

After we started renting our first home, we realized that we were sitting on one of the best locations in all of Ocean City! It was close to everything and yet a relaxed and beautiful part of town. When this house came up for sale, just doors up from our first house, we could see it was the perfect house for us to offer as a second rental. We loved the friendliness of the house layout and, of course, the location.... steps from all you want to do on your vacation!
