Beautiful, secluded log home 10 miles from NWA, 30 miles from Eureka Springs, and 5 miles from Beaver Lake. Our home has easy access to hwy 412, but is secluded on 20 acres with wonderful 360 degree views. Huge wraparound deck for grilling and enjoying sunsets. New hot tub open year round. Salt water pool open May 1-Oct 1. Gas fireplace available Oct-March.

This is a Pioneer log home with huge red cedar logs and an 18 foot high ceiling. Fully stocked kitchen . Fast fiber optic internet. There is a Ring spotlight security camera that shows the front door and carport.

Hardwood Chalet sits on a beautiful hilltop surrounded by farmland and nature. You can sit on the large wraparound deck or upstairs master suite balcony and enjoy 360 degree views with wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Deer often come up in the pasture close to the house and the hilltop is a birders paradise. We have huge windows overlooking the pool, woods and pasture. Both bathtubs also have excellent window views.

Location- You are in the country with great privacy, yet close to everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer. We are 10 miles east of Springdale about 2 miles off 412, near War Eagle Mill, Hobbs State Park, and right down the road from Eureka Springs. You will travel down a paved road off the highway until you get to our gravel drive, which is about 200 yards long and suitable for cars or motorcycles. In the warmer months, enjoy our well kept salt water pool, open May 1. Pool will close in November. Hot tub will be open all year. The pool has a fence and gates- the deck is also gated.

Fireplace instructions are printed on mantle- easy on/off toggle switch. Turn switch off when not there, pilot light stays on.

We live locally and will be responsive to your questions or needs. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings. If you are planning to bring extra people please let us know for approval. Please respect our check in/out times as most times we have same day turnarounds.

Kitchen- New custom granite countertops and fully stocked.

Bedrooms- 1 king (master suite upstairs) and 2 queens downstairs.

Living room- 2 couches (1 sofa bed)

Loft- Library, reading area, great views, large sectional.

Internet and TV- Super fast fiber optic WIFI. 65 inch smart tv with good cable package downstairs and 47 inch roku tv upstairs.

Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Coffee maker and coffee provided.

New grill on deck.

Fire pit by pool.

This house is pet friendly within reason and with approval.

The house is over 2200 sq feet with a large open floor plan and an upstairs master suite, loft, and private balcony.

Other things to know: Stairs required to get to master suite and loft sitting area. On stays of 3 days or longer, it may be necessary for us to come check on or add chemicals to pool/hot tub. We will respect your privacy and will not have to come near the house.
