Your whole crew will have more than enough space to spread out and get some privacy across the four big bedrooms. Each is outfitted with colorful decor, comfortable mattresses, and fresh linens. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk with a twin trundle.

The spacious beach house has three full bathrooms and one half bath. Two of the full bathrooms are ensuites to the first and second bedrooms and feature dual sinks and shower/tub combos. The third full bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. All of the bathrooms are stocked with clean towels, soap, and toilet paper.

The open floor plan of the kitchen and lounge allows plenty of space for the entire group to hang out together. The bright kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the sleek white cabinets are stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you need to cook delicious meals during your stay.

The living room provides exceptionally comfortable couches for you to kick back and relax on as you stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV. There’s plenty of space to host a family game night at the kitchen table.

Step outside to any of the decks and breathe in the fresh ocean air. Enjoy panoramic ocean views as you sip your morning coffee or cool off with a refreshing beverage after a long day in the bright Texas sun. The kids and your pets will love running around the spacious open yard. There’s a little treehouse for the kids to play in and let their imaginations run wild.

The beach is just a quick walk from home (4 min), and you can use the red beach wagon to haul all your supplies back and forth. We also provide a beach tent and a fishing kayak for guests to use.

When you’re ready to venture out, you’ll be pleased to find that Sunny Beach is just a couple of miles away from a movie theater, a fishing pier, and a variety of restaurants. You’ll also be conveniently located near local attractions like Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and more!

Guests will have private access to the entire property, including the open backyard, beach equipment, and the spacious indoor areas. You are welcome to bring up to two pets, weighing 40lbs or less. If you plan to bring pets other than Dogs, Cats please contact us first.

There are two free driveways with parking available for 4 vehicles. Please do NOT park in the street or on the grass.
