The Space:

This 2,950-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath townhome offers true ski-in/ski-out access at Purgatory Resort, steps from the Express Six-Pack Lift. The private hot tub on the lower patio is ideal after a day on the mountain. Inside, radiant in-floor heat, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen, and gas fireplaces in the great room and primary suite create a comfortable four-season retreat. The home does not have air conditioning; cool mountain evenings provide natural ventilation.



Guest Access:

Self check-in instructions and the unique access code will be provided through the booking channel before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Perched at 8,900 feet in Colorado's San Juan Mountains, Purgatory Resort is about 25 miles north of downtown Durango. Guests are close to the resort plaza, ski terrain, hiking and biking trails, and year-round mountain activities.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for travel to Durango and surrounding attractions. At Purgatory Resort, guests can walk to resort amenities and use the home's true ski-in/ski-out access when conditions permit.



Other Things to Note:

A mandatory 4% Purgatory Resort fee is included in the quote. An optional additional 4% provides access to the Durango Mountain Club, including the heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and fitness facility.



PAYMENT SCHEDULE: For direct reservations processed by Modern VRM, $300 is due at booking and is applied to the reservation total; 50% of the reservation total is due 60 days before check-in; and the remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in. For reservations collected by an OTA, the payment schedule shown by that channel at checkout controls.
