Conveniently situated on the north side of 30A, guests are steps away from the beaches of the Gulf, WaterColor restaurants, shops, parks, and WaterColor Beach Club. Guests also have access to the amenities of the WaterColor Community.
This is a great location for a fun getaway for a small family or honeymoon! Relax in the open-concept European living, dining, and kitchen areas with plenty of natural lighting and great views of WaterColor and 30A. The kitchen features European-style cabinets, marble countertops, pendant lights, and GE Café appliances with a French door refrigerator.
