Couples get away or cozy spot for small family!

This beachfront studio at Suites by the Sea, is a comfortable place to come and relax after a day of sightseeing, shopping, hiking.... Early risers can catch a stunning sunrise while you enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony.

Our cozy studio is located directly across the street from Lincolnville Beach and above the Maine Artisans store. The studio is perfect for 2 people, but it will hold 4. There is a queen size bed and the sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Smart TV and Roku allows you to enjoy a movie on the provided Hulu, Disney+ or sports on ESPN, or sign into your own accounts for other streaming services.

For preparing meals, there is a full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker.

After your day of exploring the area, enjoy a soak in the jetted tub.

Notes:
- To light sleepers, we are located on route 1, you will get traffic noise. Watching TV, running the AC or using the sound machine helps to lessen the noise.
- Security camera is on and recording 24/7. It is located in the entrance hallway serving the 4 apartments. Other cameras on the property overlook the back parking lot, the saltwater marsh and the beach. The Maine Artisans shop also has their own cameras.

Great place to spend some time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's very comfortable, has laundry facility and the host was in communicate when we called. We'll be back to stay here in the future!

The owners of this place think of so many details! Yes, there is traffic noise but there is a white noise machine to help. Many niceties and very thoughtful touches!

Great central location

We came to Maine to hike and see the coast. The suite was so welcoming, clean, and filled with amenities. And it was in a great location as starting point for so many great places.

Great space, sleepy town

The good: clean, beautiful space with lots of amenities! Don't worry about forgetting deodorant or toothpaste etc because they've got you covered. Also, beautiful views of the ocean, lots of TV options, and helpful guides/brochures make our stay easier. OH! And the pizza place next store makes the BEST breakfast sandwiches on house-made English muffins! The not-so-good: when we arrived, our parking spot was taken by someone else (management did help resolve this quickly though). We found the memory foam bed to uncomfortable (and the frame creaky). And Lincolnville itself had little to offer. We probably should have stayed a little closer to Bar Harbor.

Suites by the Sea has enjoyed welcoming guests since 2017. We enjoy hosting guests from near and far. Our studios are perfect for a couple's romantic getaway, or for a small family wanting to explore the area. Our penthouse suite is large enough for the whole family. All our suites have beach / water views, full kitchens, fireplace (gas or electric), jetted tub, private balcony and beautiful sunrises (when the weather cooperates).

Located at Lincolnville Beach, on route 1, makes Suites by the Sea the perfect landing spot to explore mid-coast Maine with destinations to our north and south. Being across the street from Lincolnville Beach, you will not only see beautiful sunrises, but we also can get some great full moon rises too!

Hungry after a day exploring? During the peak season there are 2 restaurants and a pizza place all within walking distance. During the off season, visit the Whale's Tooth Pub or get pizza next store at the Lincolnville Beach Store.

Location is central to exploring mid-coast Maine. We have tried to provide you will all the necessities you will need while staying at Suites by the Sea. From the expected shampoo and conditioner, we have also supplied you with coffee and some spices, beach chairs, Epsom salts for use in the jetted tub and hopefully at least one awesome sunrise for your stay.

The studio is on the second floor, over the Maine Artisans' Store, across the street from Lincolnville Beach. Guests access is up 1 flight of stairs on the side of the building, there is no elevator available. There is a full kitchen, queen size bed, smart TV with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, electric fireplace (not for heat), AC available for summer months and a jetted tub. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking Lincolnville beach and watch the sunrise.
