Conveniently located 6 houses from local grocers, restaurants, Pubs, Breweries, cocktail spots, galleries, and a vibrant shopping scene. 5 minute stroll to Sugarhouse Park and other shaded nature walk trails, 10 minutes to mountain biking or hiking, 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes to the Airport, and just 35 minutes to the slopes! Sleeps 4 comfortably and we have included all of the amenities you will need for your stay.

The space
Two bedrooms, the first has a Serta king size bed with memory foam topper and the second has a new memory foam day bed that can stay as a single or easily transform into a Queen. Free Wi-fi, 60 inch 4k smart TV, gas fireplace, off street parking, and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. The home is clean, remodeled, and is a flag lot that sits off the street so it is very quiet and private. It has a patio with outdoor furniture and a barbeque to enjoy! Smoking outside is okay but please not in the house.
There is a small studio apartment attached to the house that is sometimes occupied. There are no shared spaces and entrance/exit is separate but If this is a concern please reach out prior to booking to discuss.
