Welcome to your home away from home in Colorado Springs! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from the U.S. Air Force Academy, this spacious and tastefully designed home is perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. Enjoy panoramic mountain views, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and a large backyard ideal for relaxing or entertaining. With easy access to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and local dining, this retreat blends comfort, convenience, w/Colorado charm.
This beautifully appointed 6-bedroom home in Colorado Springs features a bright, open layout with ample space for groups or families. Each of the six bedrooms is designed for comfort and privacy, offering restful retreats after a day of exploring. The main living area includes cozy furnishings and a modern kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, while the finished basement adds extra room for relaxation or entertainment. Guests can unwind with stunning mountain views and enjoy the spacious backyard, ideal for family getaways.
Guests will have access to the entire home EXCEPT the garage and 1 closet upstairs that is for our cleaning crew and 2 closets downstairs (one is a utility room and the other is a supply closet)
The neighborhood is quiet and very close to some of the funnest things to do in Colorado Springs. We really enjoy Top Golf, Overdrive Raceway, Boot Barn Hall at Bourbon Brothers, and AirCity, which is only 1 mile away. The North Entrance to the Air Force Academy is only 1.6 miles away so you can easily enjoy football games, watch the cadets fly gliders, have a family gathering place for graduation week.
This is a residential neighborhood with many families, so please be careful of children playing on/near the street.

Interstate-25 is only 1 mile away which will quickly get you to downtown Colorado Springs.
We highly recommend checking out the U.S. Olympic Museum, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and Pikes Peak (all within a 30 minute drive)
This home is at an elevation of ~6,800 feet. Please be sure to drink lots of water and stay hydrated. Welcome to thin air!
Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.
***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 270-364 nights would be $1500***

Pet Policy: We ONLY allow up to 2 well behaved and house broken dogs (no puppies) -No dogs are allowed on the furniture or bedding at any time -Please pick up after your pet uses the bathroom -Dogs are not allowed to stay in the home alone unless approved by the host -There will be a pet fee of $10 per pet charged to you after your booking through our guest app -NO CATS ALLOWED
Quiet Hours are from 9pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.
No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb`s party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.
Do not use the wifi to download illegal content. There will be no tolerance for digital media copyright infringement. Xfinity internet monitors for this type of activity and will let us know, they may even shut down our wifi which you will be held liable for.
Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-NO SMOKING of any kind in the home or on the premises of the home (this includes the back yard and driveway) $400
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Unauthorized pets (this means any pet that is not a documented service animal) $350
-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $150-$350
-Broken/damage items: charged at replacement value
