Chris and Rachael were awesome hosts, caring and communicative throughout the process. Their home was clean, tasteful, and they notice the little things! The kitchen was stocked with adequate tools. The beds were comfortable, and the home, a quiet refuge. We will stay here again!

Family Thanksgiving

We loved this home. Kitchen was awesome and there was plenty of space for our family while visiting for Thanksgiving. Enjoyed the second sitting area with tv for coffee in the morning away from our other guests. Probably one of the top homes we’ve stayed in with VRBO. All around an outstanding home.

A clean and put together home. Some really thoughtful touches. Comfortable everywhere. Easy to/from the airport and spring training baseball stadiums. Cookware was just ok and two bedrooms don’t have closets to hang clothes.

During our stay at this property, we encountered several issues that guests should be aware of, particularly regarding privacy, communication, and overall usability of the home.1 Undisclosed Cameras in Sensitive Areas At the time we booked, the listing did not disclose the presence of multiple cameras. Upon arrival, we discovered four cameras on the property: - A doorbell camera, which is expected and acceptable. - An exterior camera on the garage facing the road, which is also reasonable. - A camera installed inside the garage, which the host uses as a laundry room. Because this space functions as part of the home and is used by guests, this raises privacy concerns and may not comply with Florida’s regulations regarding surveillance in private interior spaces. - A 360‑degree camera near the screened porch that has visibility into the living room area. This was not disclosed and is especially concerning.2. Lack of Basic Guest Information There was no guidebook or instructions for operating appliances, elec, or other household systems. For guests who are not familiar with certain devices—such as elderly guests—this creates unnecessary confusion and frustration.3 When we contacted VRBO for assistance, the host became upset with customer service and stated they might remove their listing. This reaction made it difficult to resolve concerns in a calm, constructive manner. This is in recordsWe have screen prints of listing4. Some kind of flying small insect.

Great location for FGCU families.

Great little place for visiting FGCU families. Located close to the school and close to beaches. The two seperate family rooms that were opposite sides of the house and that both with TVs was a nice touch, especially for a group of six when wanting to relax and watch something different on the TV. Comfortable beds and pillows and nice big kitchen table to sit friends and family around. Everything you would need to cook in the kitchen. Security cameras were a little overwhelming and not mentioned in the listing but did not affect our visit and with amount of beautiful remodeling recently done inside this home, I would understand wanting to protect my property as well. Great stay, nice and easy, loved the layout of the home and felt like home with the decor. We would defintiely stay here again and probably will when the time comes. Thank you for a wonderful place that our family and a few friends could come together to have a birthday celebration.

Family Holiday Stay

My family and I were visiting my sister who lives nearby, and Rachel was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We extended our dates a couple times and put a strain on the cleaning crew with the changes, but all was handled with grace. The property is much roomier than the pictures let on. Very cute and clean. Beds were super soft and communication with Rachel was prompt, always. She even offered to have a Christmas tree put up if we wanted, but we did not as we were having 5 trees at my sister’s home. Overall, great experience!
