Easy check-in process and excellent communication. House was in a great location, very quiet neighborhood but close to everything needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped.

This stay was better than we anticipated. The house was clean and had all the added amenities that could ever be needed. The property was in a pleasant neighborhood close to many things. Nice pool and hot tub. Great supplies for bathrooms, kitchen, and comfortable beds. Host was very responsive, checked in to see if all was well. Easy check out and entry. Very pleasant stay.

Everything from checking in to staying there and the departure was top notch. Very large and clean place. Exactly as advertised with all the amenities. Close to shops, restaurants, etc. Best of all was the communication. We were having an issue with the internet. That was resolved quickly as we were able to directly message the hosts. Highly recommended.

The house was fantastic and the hosts were amazing! We will definitely rent from these hosts again when we come back to visit our son at FGCU. The location was extremely convenient to everything and the house itself was beautiful.

Beautiful place and well equipped for our week stay

Family in town for baseball tournament. House was very well equipped for all our needs. Pool and hot tub were great ways to end our days relaxing. Hosts were very communicative during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Here are some issues we sent to owner1.The master Bathroom door will not close all the way2. Master Bathroom toilet needs maintenance3. BBQ grill needs to be replaced we could not use4 Guest Bathroom shower water overflows into main area.5. Numerous electric outlets are loose.6 Big indent in bedroom wall7 Gutters and downspouts appear to need cleaning8 Outside patio could use a good cleaning.9 Hot Tub filter needed tp be cleaned10 It should be noted the pool is not heated11 Updated thermostat

Unfortunately, this reservation presented challenges due to unrealistic expectations and poor communication, despite our best efforts to address their concerns promptly for their comfort. It’s important to note that none of the issues mentioned in their review were communicated to us during their stay—they were only expressed after the fact. Our history with previous guests reflects that we respond quickly to any concerns raised, and no prior guest has reported similar issues. For example, our pool is professionally maintained with weekly reports—including photos—confirming clean, healthy water, and the filter is serviced monthly, which is more frequent than recommended. While we strive to make every guest’s experience enjoyable, we cannot accommodate unreasonable expectations or disregard for communication, and we will not be renting to this guest again.

Great little house!

This is a great little house for a get away! The boys loved the pool and hot tub, there was a lot of extras provided and everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

The stay started out great with good communication but quickly soured after we departed. My daughter and I had actually cleaned as much as we could prior to leaving which is not required. The owner text me and said they were missing 3 beach towels. I told him where I had put them in the hamper in the MBR. About a week later he text me and stated they still hadn't found the towels and wanted me to reimburse them. I told them I was very sorry but was not paying for something I didn't take. He then became extremely rude and told me " if you wanted them you should have just asked." I was extremely insulting by the insinuation that I would take towels. He said the cleaning people were his family and the other people that had stayed there were repeat customers. I used to own a VRBO so trust me I would never ever be disrespectful of someone else's home. To me as a former owner, you cannot accuse people of doing things when you don't know what happened. It is all part of it. I was going to recommend them to friends of mine but this situation really upset me.

Inventory is taken after every stay in our home as i would expect any owner to do. When items are missing and they are reported, we express the missing items and attempt to work it out. When you were informed, you immediately accused the cleaning crew which yes, is my family whom we trust obviously. There is no denying that the towels are missing and only after your stay. So sadly you are responsible but obviously you are admitting you won't be. You are the first person to deny paying for obvious damages and that is a shame. I do not recommend anyone to allow you to stay in their home as your are not an honest person and that is very sad. We will absorb the loss.

Family Weekend

The house was great, very clean and comfortable. The only downside was we were not able to use the pool because it was green. We stayed over the holiday weekend so it couldn’t be done during our stay but the owners did apologize and said they were going to take care of it.

Home has it all!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed! Enjoy chilling poolside, taking a dip in the hot tub, or drive 35 minutes (traffic depending) to soft sandy Fort Meyers beach. Beach chairs & towels are provided. There are lots of good restaurants around, and we utilized the grill for meals too. Check in and out was easy. Great place!!!
