It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a large living and dining area. The fully private, fully enclosed outdoor space is one-of-a-kind with a heated modern pool, hot tub, BBQ grill and lounge chairs for guests to enjoy Florida outdoor living in style.

THE SPACE:
COMMON AREAS:
The KITCHEN is newly renovated with white cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher). It is fully equipped with pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, silverware and drip coffee maker and stocked with cooking staples such as spices, olive oil and coffee. Plastic plates and cups are provided for use outdoors and around the pool. The kitchen island faces the living space, and it has a breakfast bar with bar stools.

The LIVING ROOM has a large leather sectional. Enjoy the big game or family movie night with an 86" smart TV. Large windows let in plenty of natural Florida sunshine throughout the home.

The DINING area has a large wooden table, chairs and bench seating. Gather for meals and enjoy family time.

The OFFICE area has a desk, comfortable office chair, keyboard, mouse and monitor to make it easy to work from home.

The SUNROOM has a corner bench, table and chairs for dining or breakfast in the sun, with a view of the pool.

The full-size WASHER and DRYER are located next to the kitchen & sunroom.

THE POOL & BACKYARD:
Lounge poolside in the FULLY PRIVATE POOL AREA and soak up the warm Florida sun! The 8,000-gallon POOL IS HEATED and typically kept between 80-85 degrees, so it's perfect for swimming year-round. The pool is approx. 3-5.5 feet deep, with a shallow sundeck for lounging or dipping your toes in the water. Outdoor pool lounge chairs round out the pool space for soaking up the warm Florida sunshine.

Enjoy outdoor living at the OUTDOOR BAR under the PERGOLAS, with outdoor refrigerator for keeping your beverages cool. Grill outdoors on the propane BBQ GRILL and enjoy the evening sunset. During the evenings, relax outdoors in the HOT TUB. The backyard and pool area are fully fenced all around, offering complete privacy.

BEDROOMS:
Enjoy Coastal Calm in the PRIMARY BEDROOM with queen size bed, nightstands, chest and closet.

Get carried away in the Bohemian Jungle-themed SECOND BEDROOM with queen size bed, dresser, cozy reading nook and closet.

Bunk with buddies in the Nautical-themed THIRD BEDROOM with full-sized bunk beds, twin trundle bed, dresser and closet.

The TWO BATHROOMS are accessible from the entire house. Both bathrooms feature double vanities with large counter space. One bathroom features a bath tub and the other features a walk-in stand-up shower with river rock floor.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
The home includes beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for your perfect day at the beach. All bath towels and linens are included for a fuss-free vacation.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have the entire home to themselves, including the private pool area and backyard with hot tub, BBQ grill and outdoor living area.

Ron is our amazing local guide who lives on the property in his own fenced-in living space which is separated from the main house by a fence and access gate. You have total privacy at The Dunes. Your entrance to the house is for your use only. All the features & amenities of The Dunes (backyard, pool, hot tub) are not shared and are for your use only.

Weekly outdoor service visits are conducted by the local host as follows. You do not have to be present for any service visits. Tuesdays: Trash removal, pool & hot tub cleaning. Wednesdays: Trash can pickup. Lawncare & landscaping occurs biweekly and may occur during your stay.

FOR YOUR SAFETY PLEASE NOTE:
POOL & BACKYARD SAFETY: The private pool in the backyard is NOT GATED (the backyard is fenced all around). Children should be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES in the backyard around the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. All guests as well as any guardians of minors staying at the property take full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors, and release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that could occur during their stay.

NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. For your own safety and the safety of the next guests, please use the plastic glasses and plates provided. Broken glass inside the pool or in the pool area will incur an additional cleaning fee.

The UPPER BUNK BED has a maximum weight limit of 200 lbs. For safety purposes, only ONE person may sleep on the upper bunk. 2 people may sleep on the lower bunk, and 1 person on the twin-sized trundle bed.
