Welcome to The 'Best Beach Balcony' A beautiful 3 bedroom condo with a wrap around balcony at Edgewater Beach Resort! Floor to ceiling windows offer a panoramic view in the kitchen, living area, master bedroom, and second room. Each bedroom features premium Casper mattresses, a flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. You'll find a dedicated dining area with seating for 6. Prepare a meal or load up your cooler for a day at the beach in the fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave. For your convenience, this unit comes with a full size washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi. Centrally located close to local restaurants and shopping.

Tower 3 features its own heated pool away from the masses. Or with just a short walk you can enjoy the Lagoon style pool and get in on all the action that happens at Edgewater!

Perfect for Extended Family

This condo was perfect for bringing grandparents along for the fun with two king bed suites with gulf views! Loved the chairs by the full length windows for morning coffee. Jessica was very accommodating! We will definitely book again!

Great spot

I chose this spot because of what the photos showed as the views of the ocean; it did not disappoint. Wonderful spot! Comfortable beds is always nice to have as well. Will definitely come back.

The stay before Hurrican

Condo was clean, Has a beautiful view , with walk around. Stay was cut short with Hurrican, but I'm kind of a magnet for them. Loved the condo, plus with restaurant and bar and store on site makes it nice. Would love to stay there again.

Best Beach Balcony on Gulf

Wonderful stay!! Have visited Edgewater several times and resort has lots to offer onsite and located conveniently to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The view from the balcony is truly beautiful. Condo well appointed and maintained. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Great condo at our favorite place!

This was an amazing condo. We love Edgewater and this condo checked all of the boxes for our family. We always worry about the beds but in this condo every bed was comfortable and everything worked the way it is supposed to. We will definitely be back!

Summer Vacation

Stay was excellent as we are not new to Edgewater Resorts. It’s a great location and huge complex to many activities. But if you decide not to leave the complex there is plenty to do right within your stay. Highly recommend Uncle Ernie’s for a great seafood dinner, Nicks pizza if you just want to order in and keep it simple.

Best Beach Balcony WAS Best!!

We had a fabulous stay at the best beach balcony! The view was absolutely amazing and we loved the two recliners that sat right in front of the window. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the accommodations were very comfortable! And working with Jessica made the trip that much better. She was very prompt at getting back to us, answered all of our questions, and was a joy to work with. We would recommend best beach balcony to anyone and everyone!

Lovely unit

Very nice condo. Clean and stunning views. We had a slight issue with the air conditioning but the property managers were very responsive and did everything they could to fix the issue immediately. I’ve been in other units at this resort and this was our best experience.

Gorgeous & Perfect

This is a beautiful condo in pristine condition. We enjoyed every bit of the space from the comfy bedrooms to the breathtaking balcony. We loved the views, furnishings, and thoughtful touches that Best Beach Balcony offers. Communication with the host was easy and they were accommodating & gracious. Highly recommend this condo & resort (we’ve loved Edgewater for decades). You won’t be disappointed!

checked in one bath did not work. one bath had water leaking from ceiling was a beautiful view but we had to move to a louder condo with limited view. they wanted to repair bath at night we only were supposed to stay 3 days BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We did everything we possibly could and were open to any and all suggestions the guest had in order to resolve any issues. After they checked in, the bathroom that belongs to the unit above started leaking into the bathroom below. Maintenance was notified and the water to the unit above was shut off as fast as possible. They were only staying for 3 nights so it wasn't possible to get that bathroom up and running before they left. We asked them if they would like to try and find another unit to stay in or just use the remaining two bathrooms since they only had 3 people staying there. They chose to stay. Then we got another call claiming the shower wouldn't turn on. We immediately called a handyman to go take a look at it for them. We were going to be able to get that shower working but the handyman needed a tool he didn't have with him and asked if it was okay if he came back later that evening. The guests said they were not okay with that at all. We asked if they had any suggestions other than the handyman returning later, and let them know he could come back in the morning if that's what they prefered. They decided they would at this point prefer to find a different unit to stay in. During this entire process we were fine with refunding their stay and letting them find somewhere else to stay. We knew it would be almost impossible to find somewhere else to stay because It was peak season here and most places require a 3 night minimum. We decided to spend the next several hours on the phone with every rental company we could think of to try and find them a place they would be happy with. They were also able to call whoever they wanted to try and find a place to stay but chose not to. We eventually found a company that was willing to do an exception on their 3 night minimum due to the circumstances. One of the guests was extremely rude to our staff the entire time but we continued to try and resolve everything to the best of our ability. We knew the other two guests deserved the best stay possible regardless of her behavior. We were open to any and all suggestions from the guest (no suggestions) and were willing to do anything in our power to make sure they were happy with their stay here and enjoy their vacation. Unfortunately there are some people that you can't please, no matter how hard you try.
