Guests will come in through the secure, well lit pathway to the private entrance into lower level apartment.

PLEASE WATCH YOUR HEAD AS YOU ARE GOING DOWNSTAIRS INTO THE UNIT.
STAIRS MAY BE SLIPPERY, BE CAREFUL! - Any guests who intends to stay at this apartment, acknowledges that the terrain on the property could cause an individual slip/trip if one is not paying attention where they are walking.
Other things to note
Eating/Smoking/Drinking anything but water while using the hot tub is forbidden. If the hot tub is contaminated with food or outside liquids during your stay, you may incur an additional hot tub cleaning fee of $200.

If you have hair that reaches your shoulders, please put it up to avoid hair falling in the hot tub.

Hot Tub must be used appropriately. If inappropriate behaviors happen while using the hot tub, we reserve the right dto cancel your reservation IMMEDIATELY.

Please use caution:
Hot Tub can be dangerous at times if not used with caution. Individuals can slip and fall while entering or exiting the hot tub, if not careful.
* Recommended Hot Tub use is 15-30 minutes, or overheating, lightheadedness, dizziness, or nausea may occur. - This may vary based on outside and water temperature.

By acknowledging or booking rental, you agree that when you enter and use the property perimeter and use the hot tub is at your own risk.
