This luxury mountain townhome in Keystone has 3 bedrooms + loft and 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 across 3 king beds, 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa. It features two living areas, a private patio with full size hot tub plus an additional private balcony with outdoor seating and stunning mountain views. There are 2 primary suites and a chefâs kitchen with granite countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. Other features include in-unit laundry, a second refrigerator, private two car garage plus driveway. Located in East Keystone, you're away from the hustle and bustle of the resort but just minutes from the Mountain House Base Area, River Run Village and everything Keystone has to offer.
As you enter the unit, you will find yourself in the foyer offering a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The mudroom, laundry room and garage entrance are just down the stairs to your left. Up the stairs to your right is the main level featuring the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood radiant heat flooring, a gas fireplace with a beautiful stone surround, flat screen TV, a workspace and access to the private balcony. The dining area comfortably seats eight with additional seating for five at the breakfast bar. The luxury chefâs kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large pantry and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal away from home. There is also a half bathroom located on this level, all bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
Heading upstairs towards the loft level, the first bedroom you will pass is the guest primary suite. This bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom. The bathroom offers a shower and bathtub combination as well as granite countertop vanity. All the way up the stairs on the loft level, which is technically the fourth bedroom, you will find a queen size sleeper sofa and access to the primary suite. This primary suite offers another king size bed, partially lofted ceiling, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, sitting area and an incredible en suite bathroom. The primary bathroom offers an oversized jetted soaking tub, a walk-in shower, a double sink granite countertop vanity and a separated toilet area for added privacy.
All the way back downstairs on the lower level is the second living area offering a flat screen TV, large sectional and access to the private patio which is where the hot tub is located. There is an additional full bathroom on this level as well as the final guest bedroom. The guest bedroom offers a king size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a walk-in closet.
*The property has a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age. This property also requires a minimum of 3 nights to be reserved. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance.
