***Flexible cancellation policy***The perfect setting for a mountain vacation. Sit on the deck or soak in the community hot tub. This 3 bedroom + loft home is perfectly located. A 2 minute shuttle to the base of Keystone, 2 minutes to Keystone Golf, 5 minutes to Lake Dillon & River Run village. The bus stop and local market are steps away yet the setting is private. One car garage + additional dedicated surface space for the cabin. The location offers great road and mountain biking routes, hiking out your door, and FREE ski shuttle within 500 feet. If you are looking for a space that can accommodate a "flexcation" there is plenty of workspace on the main floor and the wifi is reliable.
Walking up the path to this detached townhome takes you through natural rock outcroppings and manicured pines and aspens that back to National Forest. The front entry porch offers comfort from the snow. Inside, the 3 bedrooms are all on the main level while the living areas are upstairs. Voluminous pitched ceiling boasts expansive views and daylight to give it a tree house feel. A covered deck off the living room allows you to relax in all seasons and take in the views and the back deck is perfect for grilling and watching wildlife in the adjacent National Forest. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open concept with gas fireplace. A loft area above the kitchen allows for extra sleeping (there is also an additional sleeper sofa in the living room) with a trundle bed and ladder access. It's a great place for kids to play games and sleep. **The loft is accessible by ladder only and may not be suitable or safe for all ages. The two hot tubs for our small community are a few steps from our home.
There is reserved parking for one car in the garage and another surface space directly in front of our garage unit. Our parking lot has two additional open (non-reserved) parking spaces that are shared for guest use.
This is a quiet, private neighborhood with only a dozen homes and many of our neighbors are full-time residents.
This location is a quick commute to all Keystone has to offer (skiing, golf, fishing, boating, Lake Dillon, Hiking & biking trails. Only 500 ft to the FREE ski shuttle (2 minute commute to Mountain House, 5 minutes to River Run). There is a local gas station + corner store (groceries, essentials and a liquor store) also 500 ft away. For those that like to get outside there is a path with a 15 minute walk to Keystone lake and the amenities around it. All of this while being set back in a private location so you can take in the Mountain air and enjoy your privacy.
There are 2 exterior cameras on the property located at the front entrance and the backdoor/deck of the property for security purposes only.

Provides a beautiful space to base out of while only being a short drive from everything that Keystone and surrounding mountain towns have to offer. Could easily stay in this home and use local bus and shuttle services if you do not have your own transport.
