End of September getaway

Our family loves Summerhouse, and we hope to continue with this new tradition to come back at least once a year!

Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean condo with plenty of space for six adults. Overall, the entire property was very well kept. The balcony wasn’t completely private but it was quiet and right on the beach. The property is in a secluded area but it was an easy drive into St Augustine and the surrounding sites. Definitely would stay here again.

A wonderful week in April at Summerhouse 106.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience at Summerhouse 106.The place was lovely and spotlessly clean. One small tip. Please provide more hand and laundry soap and toilet paper. Also, please provide hangers for each bedroom closet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came back to Summerhouse after several years staying other places. I was very impressed with the beautiful well kept grounds and pools. Our condo was cleaned immaculately! Even the patio and master bed windows! We loved it. Two suggestions, the master shower drains slowly. May need checking and could use an inexpensive long mirror in master or living room area. We will stay again!
