Thank you for your feedback. We take any concerns about the condition of our home seriously. However, the issues described in this review were not reported to our team during the guest’s stay, and both our housekeeping and maintenance teams inspected the property after departure and found no evidence substantiating these claims. We are also concerned that this review is retaliatory in nature; influenced by a disagreement regarding a refund. Our team did answer the guest’s call when they had difficulty locating the property, guided them to the correct building, and ensured they successfully gained access. We also provided a complimentary early check-in, allowing them access to the home an hour before the normal check-in time. Shortly after arriving, while still on the phone with us, the guest requested a refund due to the difficulty they experienced finding the property. Because our team had promptly assisted them and there was no issue with the property itself that warranted a refund, we did not approve that request. We welcome legitimate feedback and are always willing to promptly address concerns when they are brought to our attention. For future guests considering this property, please note that the property is easily navigated to with your preferred GPS, and we encourage you to review the extensive history of fantastic feedback from our many previous guests. Dear Kimberly, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I followed up with our cleaning team regarding the concerns raised in the review. According to the cleaners, the appropriate number of towels were left for the guests, and washcloths were placed on the bathroom sinks for their use. I have time stamped photos of this to support their claim but since I can’t include photos in this review, I will be sending them to AIRBNB. However, you were correct in noting that no extra sheets were left out for for the sleeper sofa. The cleaning team is new and admitted they did not realize the sofa included a pull-out bed, which was an oversight on our part. To resolve this, I’ve asked her to check whether the sofa includes a built-in storage compartment for sheets (as many do). If not, I will be supplying a labeled, zippered plastic tote—clearly marked "FOR SLEEPER SOFA"—to ensure sheets are readily available going forward. Regarding the claim of poor communication, we do have documented correspondence between our team and you, which I will also be forwarding to AIRBNB. That said, I did find one missed message that came via email rather than our usual messaging platform. It was sent after 10:00 PM. Your email stated that you couldn’t find the sleeper sofa sheets and bought some yourself. When the team did see that email the following morning, they assumed it was informational since you stated that you solved the problem. Regardless, I believe every guest message should be acknowledged, and I’ll be discussing this with my team to ensure that all communications—regardless of timing or platform—receive a response moving forward. The following time-stamped photos will be went to Airbnb: 1. Towels placed on the bed 2. Washcloths visible in the bathroom 3. The message thread through our standard communication system 4.
