Welcome to the Treasured Bliss.
This beautiful 2 story, lower-level condo of a duplex was recently renovated and tastefully decorated. A fully furnished vacation home in Newport Beach located only 1/2 block from the sand! Enjoy brand new Central Air Conditioning during the summer months.
The stocked kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, 6-person dining room, a convenient half bath is located downstairs of which opens up to an exclusive patio. The patio has a couch, firepit, 6-person patio table, 3 large umbrellas and BBQ. A perfect location for relaxing and making treasured memories with your family and friends. The 2 comfortable bedrooms and the full bathroom are located upstairs.
You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying both the winter and summer months in the SUN!

We have also included fun beach toys for your enjoyment: Beach Toys, Boogie Boards, Beach Wagon, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas and Beach Towels. We can also offer beach bike rentals through a local vendor that will bring them to the house upon arrival and pick them up upon departure.

The home is proudly hosted by TREASURE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. We are a family owned business and we pride ourselves on providing a personal touch to your vacation experience. We have 5 vacation homes that are located next to or close to each other all on 46th street in Newport Beach. Perfect location - short walk to the beach yet at the quieter side and the pier is still within walking distance. This home fit our family of five (which includes three adult children) comfortably. Loved having the two car garage, as our children live in SoCal and needed to have their cars so they could come and go. The house was clean and well stocked. We also appreciated the added touch of the Christmas decorations since we were there over Christmas Day. The host was very responsive and clearly communicated the procedures with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful week here at Treasured Bliss. Photos and descriptions were excellent and accurate. The kitchen and bath were well stocked with everything we needed. My husband and I especially liked the small balcony off the main bedroom and the extra-long garage. We hope to return here in 2026.

Love This Beach House!

We were in town for the weekend, and loved how close the the house was to the pier and other restaurants in the area. The inside is so clean and updated, yet cozy and comfortable. Amazing stay in Newport

My Family spent 4th of July at this amazing property which is 1 block from the beach. The property is well maintained and had everything we needed for a beach vacation. There is a big garage which fit our large suv which is important because parking has on the street in Newport is tough to find. The house is walking distance to a supermarket along with many restaurants. I’m highly recommend the property.

Amazing house loved it!!!

Everything was awesome. The house was beautifully decorated very comfortable. Parking was perfect. Communication with the host was awesome. We really have no issues would definitely stay again. Perfect spot in Newport Beach close to the beach

We stayed at this property with a couple of families and we were pleasantly surprised with not only the location, but how clean and hospitable the hosts were. There are two units and each one has 2 bedrooms. Here is what we loved about the property. Great place to stay

Well located and well appointed, we really enjoyed our stay. Kicked out of our house for painting we wanted to stay down by the beach and this was very nice. While I was a little leery of noise, the street noise was limited and there are so many full-time residents in the area that late night neighbor noise was non-existent. The EV charging was a nice bonus during our displacement from our house and my home EV charger. Definitely recommend. Brenda does a nice job of making you feel at home. Hot tip--takeout from nearby Eat Chow was great.

The property is amazing. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The house was very clean! Property Manager was very kind. She met us at the property on arrival and showed us around. Kitchen is fully stocked, which makes everything easier, especially with little ones. Outdoor shower makes coming back from the beach so much easier. Everything was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Spring break-perfect family getaway

We recently stayed at this beautiful beach property for a family vacation, and it was absolutely perfect! The home was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed—from beach towels and toys for the kids to a fully equipped kitchen.The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, where we spent our days swimming and soaking up the sun. In the evenings we enjoyed the patio and played a few games-there were many options. There are also lots of restaurants and grocery options in walking distance but even a short 5-10 minute drive will get you to anything! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt right at home. There were thoughtful touches everywhere, like light throw blankets, games for the kids, and all the things you need for the beach- wagon, chairs, towels, sand toys, umbrella and a cooler.Highly recommend this property for families looking for a relaxing and fun beach getaway. We made memories that will last a lifetime and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect, cute Beach House

This beach house was in a fantastic location and so close to the beach and just a short bike to the Newport Pier and short drive to Balboa Pier. We walked to get donuts and coffee and a grocery store was less than a 5 minute drive for cooking-in. The decor was super cute and beachy and the 6 of us were perfectly comfortable. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen to towels and beach toys. The house was extremely clean and you can tell that it is well cared for. The check-in process was easy just as check-out. Definitely recommend staying here as our family loved it!

Wonderful property!

My family and I were very happy with our stay at Treasured Bliss. The location was fantastic with easy beach access and several good restaurants just across the street. My son and our dog especially enjoyed having a beautiful, clean park with a half basketball court so close by. Brenda, the property manager, made the trip extra easy. Communication was excellent both before and during our stay. It is such a nice change to have someone meet you at the property and explain how things work, especially in a multi-family building. The unit itself was very clean, well-cared for and had everything we needed. It was equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon and toys. I would definitely recommend Treasured Bliss!

Perfect beach vacation.

The home was lovely, even better than expected. Brenda was great, she walked us through giving all directions and tips we needed for our stay and let us know if we had any questions or concerns just to give her a call. Spacious kitchen and dining area although we ate and lounged most of our time on the relaxing outdoor patio. Location was perfect for us, quiet neighborhood and a quick two minute walk to the beach. All the bed/bedrooms were extremely cozy, clean and comfortable. Everything you need for kitchen, bath and the beach is all there. Across the street was a few places to eat, a donut shop and a liquor store. My boys played basketball every night, they walked to a nearby court just a few blocks away. A 15 minute walk to many restaurants including some favorites Mama D’s, Palmilla Cocina Y Tequila and Roof top bar at Lido House. A short drive or bike ride to pier, many more restaurants, bars, shops and Balboa fun zone. Aside from beach being so close the other bonus was parking for two cars in the garage. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Amazing stay, perfect location, just what we needed!

This is an updated, beautiful, SPARKLING CLEAN home located just steps from the beach. The kitchen is comfortable to cook in, the sitting area inviting, and the bedrooms relaxing. I appreciated that my kids had bunk beds and plenty of space to unpack. The master bedroom was quiet and I enjoyed spending the mornings and evenings on the balcony off the master listening to the water. Grocery shopping, donuts, tacos, acai bowls for breakfast, and just about anything you need to round out your vacation are within walking or biking distance. The garage space was clutch... but truthfully, we didn't use the car much. We spent one day at Disney- and which is a super convenient drive to and from the parks. We spent most of our time on the beach, walking the boardwalk, and enjoying this location at Newport. Check-in and check-out were quick, efficient, and organized. This was my first time using this company and staying at this location. Impressive is the only word used to describe the whole trip. I will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful place to stay in Newport!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The rental was exactly as pictured and described. Brenda met us on arrival and walked us through the property. Everything was clean and comfortable. Essentials were well stocked and my kids loved the toys available for them to play with! The patio was perfect to relax and eat meals. It was a quick walk to the sand. Parking was perfect - We had a Yukon xl and it fit on the one side with a truck on the other. These types of garages are hard to find so we’re lucky everything worked out. Street parking close by seemed to be available during this time of year also. We weren’t super familiar with the area when we booked and this location is further north from all the piers and action (which is good or bad depending on your preference). Street noise was there but we didn’t notice it much. There’s a cute park across the street and another close by. The grocery store was about a 15 minute walk when we didn’t want to drive. Brenda was so responsive from my initial inquiry about the rental through after our stay when she cheeked in on my husband after he had an injury. We would definitely rent this property again! Thank you for providing my family and I with so many memories!

Quaint beach stay

We have stayed in so many vacation rentals and so many do not match the photos. This house perfectly matched the photos. It was so cute and we felt comfortable in this home. The kitchen was truthfully fully stocked. You will have all that you need for cooking there. The kitchen utensils were actually newer and were clean. There was adequate cleaning and household supplies (garbage bags, soaps, cleaners, dish towels) which is far from the norm when staying in a rental. They also provided plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, bath towels, beach towels, throw blankets, pillows! The management team and owners do a wonderful job to make sure you are fully covered while you are there. The house has AC and Heat- although we did not use it, it’s nice for the hotter months or colder. There is no bathtub for the littles but that was ok we made due without. The garage space was a double tandem so our car fit with plenty of space. The front patio was so cute and quaint. The furniture was well kept and protected. There was a beach wagon, chairs (newer) beach toys and some other beach essentials that were super helpful. The laundry access was so great! We came home with all our clothes clean which makes it so much easier coming home. There is an awesome guy to rent bikes from that dropped our bikes to the house and picked them up for us. It was so easy. Brenda, the property manager is sooooo helpful and wonderful to work with. We will stay here again!

I am the proud Property Manager of this beautiful home. My name is Brenda Siragusa and I have been managing vacation homes for over 14 yrs. I am the Broker and owner of Treasure Property Management and enjoy making a 'home' away from home for all my guests. I like to make sure they are happy, comfortable and safe. All my homes are impeccably clean, and I greet every guest upon their arrival to walk them through the home as well as introduce them to the neighborhood. I enjoy seeing my guests smile as they walk through the door.
