This iconic A-frame style cabin right off highway 88 alongside a year-round running creek close by is reminiscent of the mountains and pine trees of the Sierras. With the vaulted ceiling and expansive glazing, you can truly appreciate the serenity of the woods.

The space
Immerse yourselves with the beauty of your natural surroundings while staying in this 3 bedrooms / 2 baths, 2022 newly renovated , cozy, and clean home.

Middle Century interior design with all the modern amenities for your luxury getaway in the woods. Well-appointed kitchen with new appliances and all the cookware, serving ware, and basic spices to prepare an incredible meal. If you are in the Barbecuing mood, a propane grill is available for you to use on our wrap around deck, a great place to start your day with a morning coffee while listening to birds chirping or star gazing at night with a glass of wine.

Cozy up and warm your toes during the winter months with the wood-burning stove in the open concept living area. Each room is equipped by new ductless mini split heating and cooling with individual controls to ensure that everyone is comfortable in any season.

Smart TVs are ready for streaming through Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Hulu, with High Speed WIFI - be prepared to sign in with your own accounts.

Board games and cards are also available for your entertainment and keep the kids happy while you unwind.

The house comes with a 1600sf unpaved fenced backyard and we are happy to provide pet-friendly accommodations for house-trained dogs. We charge a flat $100 for the entire stay. Please let us know if you want to bring along your furry friends and we will provide you with more information.

Guest access
You will have the entire cabin. Self check in by using our electronic keyless entry system.

Parking
Attached garage (fit 2 vehicles) with 1 EV Receptacle, Please check EV receptacle photo and bring your own adapter if needed.
Driveway and unpaved front yard (fit 3 vehicles), be prepared with a little steep driveway for a lovely view from the top.
Additional unpaved street parking is also available for temporary parking.

Other things to note
- Guest limit is eight, daytime, evening and overnight.
- No smoking
- One propane tank provided for BBQ. If additional propane is required, fill up at Dollar General Store which is a 2 minute drive.
- You may need to bring a shovel during winter months. Sometimes it snows, and you don’t want to get stuck on the road!
- While we consider our cabin safe, there are wild animals that live in this area, deers, squirrels, etc. please don’t leave food or trash outside.
- A phone is provided in the cabin. Be prepared to lose signal in this area, Verizon and AT&T will work better.

There are grocery stores nearby. The Ray's take and bake pizza place is very popular. There is also a restaurant at the golf course. All three of these are within 5 minutes of the cabin.
