You can cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living room, gather around the designer seating to watch the big game, or wind down with a movie before bed on the 77" Sony TV. The living room also boasts a separate seating area for the family and friends to gather around for games.

The home is fully equipped to meet all your needs, including a well-stocked kitchen (sharp knives, quality pots & pans, essential spices, etc.), and bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap, makeup wipes, hairdryers, etc.).

The kitchen features custom cabinetry with quartz countertops, a huge center island and stainless steel high end appliances — you will love the feel of cooking in a high-end chef's playground!

Each of the four bedrooms include luxurious 800-thread bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep so you can awake refreshed each day to enjoy all the amenities of the home and the area!

The there is a second bathroom shared by the other bedrooms, as well as a half bath.

For those warm summer months, the home features two Trane high energy efficiency central cooling and heating system with touch screen controls to keep you comfortable around the clock!

Spectacular mountain views from this unique home located in prestigious Little Tuscany less than 2.5 miles from downtown Palm Springs and 10 minutes from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

Private/rental vehicle is recommended for getting around. Home is walking distance to downtown Palm Springs (temperature permitting).

The home includes a professionally maintained pool and hot tub, which is serviced twice weekly to ensure it is sparkling clean. During the winter months, the pool can be heated for a fee of $75 per day. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you would like the pool heated. The hot tub can be used year round without a fee for heating.

The garden is serviced weekly.

All stays of 28 days or more require mid-stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This includes a top-down cleaning of the home, change of linens and towels.

* No outdoor music permitted at any time (including phones, bluetooth speakers, and outdoor TVs)
* Maximum of 4 cars permitted throughout entire rental period
* Maximum overnight occupancy is 8. Two additional children 12 years old or younger permitted.
* Maximum daytime occupancy is 12
* No parties or events allowed
* Quiet hours from 10 pm to 10 am (no noise can be heard at the property line)
* The Responsible Party occupying this Vacation Rental Property shall be at least 25 years old; and is responsible for the compliance of the Vacation Rental Regulations for all occupants and guests.
* Upon arrival, all adult guests are required to agree to and sign acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor policy.

Additional Rules:
* Guests who violate the above Palm Springs ordinances are subject to immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
