Front Beach Schöne Aussicht 3 Schlafzimmer Haus

Schöne 3-Zimmer-Haus direkt am Strand mit Weg zum Strand. Schön eingerichtet mit kompletter Küche, Bettwäsche, allen Geräten. 1 1/2 Bad im Obergeschoss und 2 Duschräume und 1/2 Bad in der Garage. Schön in der Veranda im Obergeschoss mit Blick auf das Meer abgeschirmt. Es gibt auch Zugang zu 2 schönen öffentlichen Strandwegen auf beiden Seiten des Hauses (2 Häuser in eine Richtung und 3 Häuser in die andere Richtung), wenn es aufgrund von Regen oder Flut zu Überschwemmungen kommt. Der Strand befindet sich in diesem Teil der Insel Sullivan, zwischen Häusern und Sanddünen. Wir werden als Station 27 betrachtet, die näher an Isle of Palms / Breach Inlet liegt als der Charleston Harbour. Sullivans Island Light House ist der südlichste Teil der Insel von diesem Strandhaus aus.

Sullivans Island ist eine ruhige Familiengemeinschaft, die Ihnen einen erholsamen Urlaub bietet.

Long Weekend

It was enough for the 6 of us and an infant. We enjoyed the Beach and Charleston both.The House had enough parking for 3 vehicles.The layout was open and uncluttered.Getting around to the Attractions was simple because of the Location.

Fun and Fellowship with Family At Sullivan’s Island, SC

Very spacious and convenient location to local shopping, bait-store, and restaurants. Enjoyed the private beach access from the backyard. The grill was nice. The surf fishing was exciting! Everyone had a great time! We definitely want to rent this house again.

Location is convenient, the porches are expansive and nice. furniture is well maintained. Smells like mothballs. Be prepared to sign a 12 page lease agreement to rent a weekend home after you've paid for it with a long list of cleaning requirements though you've already paid a cleaning fee. Then addendum IV is on counter with even more cleaning requirements not included in 12 page agreement. House description highlighted private boardwalk to beach but it's muddy and overgrown so you'll use public beach access. The house is dated. Needed some maintenance attention.

Third times a charm!

Many updates throughout the home made our stay even more comfortable- our 3rd visit to the house. Communication was easy with the owner/manager. Favorite part of the day was mornings to watch the dogs and drink coffee.

Beach getaway

Clean. Comfortable beds. Path to beach on the property was long and overgrown, so could not use it. Public walkway was nice. Not a great place for older women (like us at age 82). Bathtub needs something on bottom of tub to keep from slipping and falling down. Musty odor to home. Might want to use these suggestions to accommodate seniors.

home just like it appears in pictures=dated like the 60’s and exactly as shown, However there is an odor pervading house almost like creosote. We got used to it, but owner had several deodorizes around.

great no frills location

This house is in a great location. Unfortunately the path behind the house was flooded and had to go down to next path. There was new furnishings, yet most of other appliances were fine. There was a problem with keys initially but was resolved quickly. The house smelled strongly of chemicals when we arrived and took a full day to air out. Overall the house is in a great location , it could use some updating tho. thanks

We booked this property expecting an ocean view and direct backyard access to the beach, as shown in the listing title, photos, and description. In reality, there was no view, and the beach path was completely overgrown and unusable due to lack of maintenance.While we were prepared for an older home, the condition went far beyond what was represented. We left after the first night due to multiple safety, cleanliness, and comfort concerns, including:Multiple large wasp nests on exterior shutters, making the outside unsafe for children.Strong odor throughout the home that our children repeatedly commented on.Broken bedroom fan, making it very hot and uncomfortable to sleep.No functional bathtub drain plug, making it impossible to bathe our 1-year-oldDark staining around vents, which raised mold concerns and coincided with everyone sneezing while indoors.Two days after being in the home, our children became sick and required an urgent care visit. While we cannot say for certain, it’s hard not to wonder if this was related to the suspected mold. We also had to rent another property last-minute, adding unexpected costs to our trip.We followed the official checkout process and left the home in good condition. The owner refunded 1,000 of our 2,500 booking. While we appreciate the partial refund, we believe the property qualifies under Vrbo’s “Property Not as Described” and “Safety Concerns” policies for a much larger refund.This review is meant to help future gu

Great beach and location but old property with allergy

Great old beach out on Sullivan’s right on the beach. Communication couldn’t t have been better. Had everything we needed and we had a great vacation with family friends, very kid friendly. However there is a very strong moth-ball/mold like smell that permeated the house and all of our clothes and belongings. Owner insured me that no moth balls are in the home. However, old carpets caused significant allergies for folks allergic to dust mites and mold. I would not recommend staying here if you are sensitive to strong smells or have allergies. Otherwise, great house.

Three couples were comfortable in this house, two of the three showers were downstairs in the basement but still nice. Had all of the amenities we were looking for along with its own path to the beach.

Relaxing beach home

Very peaceful. Not too many places like that on the 4th of July. Accommodations for cooking large meals as well barbecue worked out well. Enjoyed the beach and watching the many parasailers. Great weekend!

Great house great location

This house is a perfect beach house. There is a path to the beach and they had beach chairs. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner was quick to help me by phone with the garage door opener. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is private.

Perfect Family Weekend

Quick Beach Escape

We had a blast here! Plenty of space indoors and outdoors for our family of 5 with young kids. We’re able to access the beach quickly to find loads of sand dollars then just as quickly retreat when a stray T-storm popped up. The house and location are great we were so happy to have spent our vacation here.

Very nice property; sparkling clean. We weren't able to use the private access to the beach because a near hurricane made it impossible, but that was no big deal. The host was very responsive to the minor issues we had.

Great beach house

House was perfect! Loved everything about the location and amenities. The post does say King, Queen, and double bed, but it is really a king and two double beds. Also it is a charcoal grill which is good to know before you get there. Definitely considering renting again next year!

The house was perfect for our family trip. We loved the walk to the beach down the private path. The house is well equipped for everything you need. More than we expected. Lots of extras like lawn chairs, laundry, fully stocked kitchen equipment. 3 toilets and 3 showers. Love love!!!

Comfortable place for beach vacation

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The house is a little bit of an older style but it's comfortable, clean, and great for relaxing in between beach trips. There are showers on the ground floor just off the garage which makes getting cleaned up after the beach very convenient. Only complaint was that the path from the backyard to the beach was impassible due to flooding (this is why I only put 4 stars for location). But there was a nice path just down the street so getting to the beach didn't take too long. Would recommend.

Quiet Beach Getaway

The house worked very well for the 5 of us - family of 4 with adult children and 1 married. Master was great, extra bedrooms were full size beds, and sofa bed was in unairconditioned area which is important to know. Yard was wonderful for corn hole which we brought, screened porch with table for 6, and open deck made for fun family time. Fully stocked kitchen was great. We did have an issue with beach access, but management was very responsive which we appreciated! Overall nothing fancy but had everything we were needing for a beach getaway!

Great Beach Vacation

While the property is an older house, it met all our needs for 3 couples and did have a beach feel. Sullivans Island rentals are restricted to older properties, so provides a much quieter and less crowded experience. The water at the beach is shallow so great for wading and strolling. There is a 3 minute walk through vegetation to get to the beach, but no issue. The shower rooms off the garage are a plus. Poe's tavern is a must eatery. Moth ball smell from the January review still exists though.
