Das berühmte Doc's Beach House!

Dieses 3 Schlafzimmer, 3. 5 Bad, ist 2700 Quadratmeter große Haus direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Strand auf Sullivans Insel! Und ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt vom Herzen der Insel rechten Sullivans von allen berühmten, lokalen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, County Park und vieles mehr!

Beim Betreten der Haustür, werden Sie gehen die Treppe hoch - alles ist auf der zweiten Etage! Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem neuen Flachbild-TV und bietet große Meerblick; die privaten Master-Bad verfügt über eine Jacuzzi-Wanne! Dieses Haus verfügt über Holzfußböden, einen abgeschirmten Veranda mit herrlicher Aussicht, eine komplett ausgestattete / Renoviert Küche, Wireless Internet, Gas-Grill und Waschküche. Es gibt zwei separate Wohnzimmer beide mit Fernseher, DVD-Spieler, und die Königin Schlafsofas. Absolut nicht rauchen.
Bed-Layout ist wie folgt:
Master-Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, TV, Meerblick und eigenem Bad mit Jacuzzi-Wanne.
# 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Bad.
# 3 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und eigenem Bad.
Halbes Bad im Flur.
2 separate Wohnzimmer mit jeweils einem Queensize-Schlafsofa.

Perfect Location

We were staying at Sullivans Island for our Daughter’s wedding at GoldBug Island- location was fantastic- they lived in Mt. Pleasant - so needing to be close to all 3 spots was perfect- Communication was exceptional-Hope to stay again in the future- the only thing missing was a pool- Fantastic rental!

Great Find

Doc’s house was perfect for our group. It’s directly across from the beach access and on a corner lot. House was larger than expected. Check in process was fairly smooth. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Loved it so much we returned the next year

Beautiful and spacious home with plentiful ocean views! The home is impeccably clean and well-stocked to meet all your family’s needs with beach access across the street. Sullivan’s Island is laid back, residential, and unspoiled with Mt. Pleasant, IOP, and Charleston close enough for those seeking adventure. Easy beach access

I picked this house because it was the right size for my family and had super easy access to the beach. I was very satisfied. Unexpectedly, the company that managed the property (Carroll Realty) was also very well organized and made everything easy and clear.

Little repair jobs needed - loose toilet and toilet handle, queen bed had no mattress pad, dryer lint full, sand on floor, kitchen a mush mosh of equipment not well organized, tall chairs on porch wobbly, outdoor shower area messy, but a nice location with a short walk to beach

Hi Maryanne, Thank you for the feedback. I wish we had known about the maintenance issues during your stay. All of these items could’ve been addressed very easily and quickly. I will get them taken care of immediately. Unfortunately the one thing that’s hard is keeping the kitchen organized considering we have so many different guests and very little time in between. I feel that had we known about the other things and been able to take care of them for you, you would’ve had a 5 star experience because like you said the house, location, etc are excellent and being able to find a vacation rental on Sullivan’s Island is becoming harder and harder. It’s a special place for sure!

Very nice beach house at laid back Sullivan’s Island

This is a spacious beach house. Photos are accurate, but a new house is under construction across the street and the ocean view will be impaired. I’m sure the owner is disappointed. But the beach is a short walk away and the house is comfortable and well located. We had a nice stay and enjoyed easy access to restaurants in Mount Pleasant, CHS, and Sullivan’s Island. We have visited this area for many years and find SI to be unique and charming.

The location is clearly what you’re paying for. It is very dated and in need of new sofa (many stains) and carpeting master bedroom is pretty disgusting. It’s decorated w/this and that. Pretty cheaply done. Overall bc of the location, it was a win.

Sullivan’s Island Doc house

Everything was fine BUT the mattresses are awful. My grandson had to take the very thin mattress off the pull out couch and sleep on the floor for a week. There were not enough kitchen towels either. The kitchen sink faucet is on a sensor and no one told us so it took back and forth with management company to figure it out. For the $ we paid better mattresses and a note on the fridge about the sink and another kitchen towel would have been nice. Location and size of the house were perfect.

Great location, very dated.

The location was fantastic for the price. However the outside of the property was so overgrown it was difficult to even use the outdoor shower. Inside was ok. Furniture looked very dirty, very dated. The master bath was updated nicely, but the other bathrooms weren’t to great. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great Property and Location

We were two families totaling ten staying at the property. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we all were very comfortable! The kitchen is very well stocked--we were worried, but it well exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable and the patio was great for a relaxing morning (afternoon....evening...). The area was very quiet and it was a short walk to the beach! Wifi was perfect and communications were great. I highly recommend, and we would come back if/when we are back in the area!

Perfect Location

Location was great. Across from the ocean and the beach access. The kitchen is fully equipped. The common areas a spacious. It has two living rooms. It has a funny smell but we opened all the doors and turned on all the fans to let the air go thru and it worked. But nothing that you cannot live with. the beds were comfortable. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The screen porch was great. Plenty of parking space. We will come back.

All that was promised was there and more! We would recommend this home to anyone with children, perfect layout for large families, short walk to the beach and views of the ocean from the screened in porch. We look forward to next summer and will try to stay here again!

House was very nice and adequate for our family.

There was beach access right across the street but when tide was up, no beach. Not a problem as there was another access point a short walk up the street. Very clean and had everything a large family needs. Had to do some digging to find the remote for the TV in the main room, but otherwise no issues at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
