Head over to the pool table where hours of fun and entertainment can be found as you play a friendly game of pool with your guests.

Step into the open concept kitchen where granite countertops tops and stainless steel appliances provide everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Spacious counters give you plenty of meal prep space. A coffee pot and Keurig are provided for you to use so you won’t have to miss out on your morning cup of coffee. Seating for 8 can be found at the large dining room table while additional seating for 4 can be found at the kitchen bar.

Back deck access can be found through the sliding glass door in the main living space. Head outside for some much needed fresh air and enjoy the stunning views this home provides. Look out at the shades of green as you soak in the beauty of nature. Miles of tree lines can be viewed from the comfort of the back deck. Patio furniture offers a relaxing spot to listen to the birds chirping as you enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evenings.

The next bedroom provides a queen size bed and a fun twin or twin bunk bed that the kids will enjoy. Private access to the deck is also provided in this room. The last bedroom is the master and gives you a spacious king size bed. A gas fireplace provides a cozy warmth for the room while the mounted flatscreen tv offers comfortable entertainment. A master bathroom gives you the privacy you desire with double vanity sinks and glass walk in shower. A soaking tub sits in front of a window providing the best spot to unwind and enjoy the Big Bear scenery.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
