Nature Lovers Paradise on LoveJoy Lake with Pontoon. This house is located on LoveJoy lake just 12 Miles from Hayward. LoveJoy lake is a clear water 78 acre private lake with no access to the public. We have one of the best lots on the lake with lower elevation, sand bottom and plenty of space. We include the use of a 20' pontoon with a new 4 Stroke Fuel Injected Motor. Lovejoy lake is a very quiet lake with a lot of wildlife and good fishing. This is the perfect lake for anyone who wants to getaway and enjoy the outdoors.

The house is a 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom house with 4000sq ft that has 460' of Private Frontage on 10 Acres. The house has fantastic views of the lake and has plenty of outdoor space. The house is a Hand Hewn log home that includes many great features and lots of living space. Overall it has 5 bedrooms plus a additional sleeping area with 8 beds for 12 guests(3 Kings, 1 Queen and 4 Twin Beds). The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 additional sleeping area with a living room and bathroom. The main floor has a master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 3 season cedar screened in porch, kitchen, living room/dinner room with wood burning fireplace. The basement has recently been remodeled and has 2 Bedrooms, 1 bath with a living room and game room to enjoy. The game room has a Pacman Pinball Machine, Fooseball Table and Dart Board. The house does include Wi-Fi, 2 Smart Tv's(Netflix and YouTube TV included) and 1 DVD player on the main level. The kitchen in the house is good size and does include most standard items. A propane grill and charcoal grill is also included.

A few things on the property.
-This house has Mini Split AC Systems on the Main Level and Upstairs. There is no A/C in the basement although the basement is mainly underground so it does stay cool year round.
-We also have great neighbors and would like to keep it that way so please no parties and please be respectful of everyone.
-No pulling tubes, kneeboards or skiing from the pontoon, this is a nice quiet and peaceful lake so we ask that people be respectful of everyone on the lake.
-From June 1st to September 15th there are no check in or outs on Saturdays due to our cleaning lady having other obligations on those days. Any other days for check in or outs works well.
-No pets allowed and also no hunting on the property. This is a new listing of ours but we do have additional properties with very positive reviews. Please reach out with any questions on this new listing of ours.

End of summer getaway with our adult children

This property was amazing! Perfectly quiet and secluded, yet easily accessible and not far from things to do. The small lake and pontoon were great for fishing and just taking an enjoyable slow ride around. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in and out was as easy as could be. We will definitely be back!!

Great for multiple families

The property has a beautiful lake view with access to an included pontoon boat. The fishing was great.There were three families staying here so the 5 bedroom property was perfect for the three adult couples, two boys ages 12, 14 and two girls ages 11 and 14. Kitchen was spacious with lots of counter space so we could spread out buffet meals.There was an extra frig in the lower level--we really needed two frigs. Beds were comfy. Three bathrooms with showers and one half bath. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the games room. Thanks for providing this very enjoyable rental.

Wonderful lake home

Great home, large kitchen counters, recent updates,comfortable beds, propane and charcoal grills, pontoon, no public access lake with lots of fish. Surrounded by natural vegetation. Firepit. Pin ball machine, darts and fussball. Great for three generation family week. What else can I say. Planning to return next year.

Great stay, responsive hosts

My family and I just returned from a long weekend stay at Nature Lovers Paradise and we had a wonderful time. The property was as described on the listing. It was clean and had tons of space for our whole party. The bedrooms were large with plenty of room for kids to sleep on the floor if necessary. The game room was a great place for the kids to play if we weren’t outside. The lake was clean and quiet. The pontoon was a great perk and we enjoyed sunset cruises each night. The owner of the property was responsive and friendly. He answered any questions we had prior to our stay. During our stay, the spare refrigerator was not working and the owner had a replacement fridge brought in that same day! Would recommend this property!

Growing up in a small vacation town in northern Minnesota I have always enjoyed the northwoods lifestyle. After moving to the twin cities I realized that I needed a getaway which led me to the Hayward area. After enjoying the area for years we moved up to Hayward and have enjoyed the Northwoods lifestyle. This property is one of my favorite places in the world and one that brings great happiness. I hope your family will like this property as much as we do, and that it brings you and your family great memories.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Very unique with the amount of land, waterfront and the quietness. It is very peaceful and gives you a sense of getting away from everything. You are still close to town and also have resorts, bars and restaurants around but also have the feeling of being away from it all. One golf course is located across the lake and another within 7 minutes. The fishing is very good typically as no one besides property owners can access the lake allowing for it to not get over fished. Also very close to Round Lake and the Chippewa Flowage.

Would make a perfect place for multi generation family or family getaways. The three levels with the size and bedrooms allows for a good amount of room for people. The clear water with sand frontage and pontoon make for a great swimming and fishing location.
