✩ Check-in: Please keep in mind that your access code will not work before your check-in time (4 PM). However, if you have requested early check-in, we will provide an early access code.

✩ Early Check-In: Guests who wish to check in before the standard check-in time may do so for an additional fee of $20. This service is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. The exact check-in time will be determined by us.

✩ Late Check-Out: Guests who require a later check-out time can extend their stay for an extra fee of $20. Please notify us in advance to arrange a late check-out. The specific check-out time will also be determined by us.

Quiet and dog friendly

Home is large and is larger than listing pics make it seem, so space won't be an issue. On a freshwater canal, so no boats but it's scenic. Most importantly for my needs, it was dog friendly with reasonable pet fees.

Amazing host

Our recent Cape Coral adventure was beyond amazing. Being so close to Fort Myers was incredibly convenient, allowing us to explore the best of both cities. The property itself was a real gem, meticulously cared for and packed with all the modern comforts. What made our stay truly exceptional was our fantastic host. No receipt and poor communications

Do not stay here if you require a receipt for business or tax purposes. Multiple requests directly to the property manager and through VRBO to the property manager went unanswered. I really wonder why they will not provide a receipt. What are they hiding. The manager has stopped responding at this point. Extremely poor customer service.

Unsanitary, bedbug infestation, terrible host

Large property for my husband two kids and dog to stay. Somewhat grimy could use a deep clean of walls and baseboards. Dishwasher did not run, notified host. They did not fix in the three weeks we stayed there. Dishwasher was source of cockroaches. My husband treated for the bugs and the host never reimbursed us for the agreed-upon treatment. Later found bedbug infestation and had to leave. Host was not going to accommodate our stay. This was a health violation and unsanitary and my family endured bites. My children were covered in bites and we had to take them to doctors appointments. They missed school my husband and I miss work to care for them. All of our belongings are now quarantined and we had to purchase new clothing and spend extra money to replace belongings and stay in hotel. Still not have been reimbursed for my stay, suffering, torture to my children and family. Also, Home did not come stocked with wash cloths or floor mats in bathrooms. Only came with four bath towels, two of which were stained up and tattered pretty bad. We had to supplier our own bath towels and wash cloths. Dry element going out to two cycles to dry clothing all the way.Host dismissed my claims. Had to go through Vrbo to open Health ticket. VRBO was great.Do not stay here! Would not trust host has fixed the bedbug infestation.

Look elsewhere, this is a dump

Things started off rocky when I received a message from the host telling me I needed to check out at 11am on the day I was supposed to be checking in. I let them know I was supposed to be checking in and and received a message back saying only "sorry wrong guest" and nothing further. The check-in information was not sent on time, I had to call and leave messages on both numbers listed, text, and send a message through the app to get the door code. This was sent to me which was an hour and a half after check in. Who know when or if it would have come if I hadn't started calling and messaging. The house itself is in desperate need of updating. It's an older house that someone spent as little as possible to put onto the rental market. The cheap flooring is bubbled and lifting. The furniture worn and looks like whatever they could find at goodwill. The closet door in the master was laying on the floor and there was a trash bag half full in the bathroom, I guess from previous guests. The screens are falling apart and are held together by painters tape on the lanai. The lanai was covered in cigarette butts and trash when we arrived. I messed the host and sent pictures but never received a response.

Great set up. Plenty of bedroom space. Wonderful sunsets. A little far from Fort Myers where my daughter lives, but not horrible. Would definitely recommend and rent again. Overall we loved it.
